CountDoom
I have a few GP 1300mah batteries, I also have a 8.4volt 150mA charger. What do I do? A calculator I used said to charge a single battery for 520 minutes, that seems insanely long. Halp! -Cheers
Xaccers
Get a new calculator, I work it out to 728 minutes (just over 12 hours). Put them on charge 12 hours before you get up for your skirmish, that way they're fully charged when you head off. If you're still thinking "Wow that's a long time" just remember what's going on. Your charger pushes out 150mA. The battery after an hour because of internal resistance, is charged to approx 107mAh So every hour, 107mAh of charge. You're trying to fill 1300mAh, which takes just over 12 hours.
hkmp5roxs
I recomend that you get an auto-shut-off charger so that once it peaks it turns off and you don't have to worry about the time.
CountDoom
Yea, I intend to buy a better charger at some point. Will have to make do with this one due to having a skirmish tomorrow though. OK thanks chaps.
