Seriously, its a huge pain in the *albatross* but a flathead screwdriver down the side between the GB and the receiver is pretty much the only way. Take it easy though as a spare receiver is near impossible to come by. Also the fire-selector has top be in the correct position, cant for the life of me remember the right way. Every time I work on my CA SCAR I always follow the instructions in the manual to-the-letter. Just as RAF mentioned; it is an absolute pain in the *albatross* to get the box out of the lower.
