DBoys KAR98 + Sling: how to

Hi all,

 

I have a DBoys KAR98 and I want to attach a sling to it.

 

I bought a 'Guarder M1 / KAR98 sling' at Safara Airsoft (Italy): this one:

and... I have no idea (yet) on how this sling is supposed to be attached to the Kar98.

 

Can anyone help me?

It really isn't a 98k sling. Sorry.

it is a M1 carbine sling

on the carbine there is a ut out in the butt stock for the oiler which is the little tube thing.

you would thread the sling throught the front swivel then through the stock put the oiler in the sling and pull it back tight against the stock

 

normally a 98k sling will look like a belt with a sliding style buckle. You would thread it throught the front sling swivel then feed the tongue end though the buckle. the buckle should be on the outside of the sling not agianst the rifle stock

The you feed the sling through the stock and attach the keeper to it. The keeper sits in the recess on the right side of the stock
