Charly Driver
I have bought a Surefire 310R. I tried to fit it in a Western Arms Series 70 as a test, but the lower frame is too wide. But the Series 70 was only a test, I want fit the flashlight (surefire original slide stop exluded) on a WE M1911 that I have yet to buy, will fit?
BigAl
All airsoft frames are wider than RS, you will have to carefully file it down until it fits.
Charly Driver
I tried on a WE of a friend, does not fit... How can I do?
tangman
You will either have to file the inside of the light or the lower frame where the light slots on. In some cases you might have to file both to achieve a good fit (what I had to do with a Nova MBK)
Charly Driver
Metal kits are different?

trdsupragt
What I had to do with my 310R was shave off the inside of the unit, as doing so on the frame of the 1911 would just render it retarded looking and deformed. And just deformed, if I refinished it. Take it slowly and take off wherever you see contact.
