Mr Foxhound
I'm running a light load out for my M14. It will be a semi auto only DMR so I only plan on carrying 3 extra mags (One in gun). I thought this would be nice, as it keeps my chest from being unnecessary covered up For a few mags. ANyone ever dot his? Was looking at the Jumbo versipack because it has a Water bottle pouch. Or the Manta one and add my own pouches. This would also be great for when I bring my M4 and M14 because its small and wont be bringing two chest rigs. Not sure if anyone's done this, but its worth a shot Manta: http://www.maxpedition.com/store/pc/MANTA-...IPACK-4p399.htm Jumbo: http://www.maxpedition.com/store/pc/JUMBO-VERSIPACK-4p6.htm What you guys think? I was leaning to the manta but it dosent have water bottle pouch. Suppose i could run one on my belt
Pkekyo-Nor
Seen a friend of mine run a Jumbo versipack for games (AK mags), seemed to serve him pretty damn well, the only additional kit he had was a pistol holster and two pistol mag pouches on his hip... I envy him!
Agent Hunk
My girlfriend uses one as a purse and it seems like it would be good for a light weight rig I ran a BHI bandoleer in man purse form for a game and found it annoying because it shifted alot and made fast reloads a pain. But those should not be issues when you run it for a DMR.
Mr Foxhound
Well the Versipack also has a belt thing ont he back so it dosent flop to much. Shouldnt be to bad. Looks pretty big so I may be able to use M4 mags in it aswell when I wanna go light.
