GuzziHero
I ordered some bike parts from HK last month. 16 days later, the HongKongPost site says its not on their system. I eBay message the guy and he sends out a replacement set. Now he gave me a new tracking number on 29th July. HKPost said it left the country 29th July. Checked again 30th July. HKPost said it left the country 29th July. Once again today, HKpost said it left the country today... so it is just rolling up with whatever date it is. UK Parcelforce says it hasnt received the parcel yet... What can be done here?
Newsh
When its 'in Limbo' ie the time between HK post scanning it out of HK, and and Parcel Force scanning it in, its usually with HMRC, or sat at Parcel Force waiting for someone to process it. I'd give it a couple of days yet
Aitch
Patience, it's not unusual for packages to take 3-4 days to leave the airport and be scanned a few times, EMS 3-4 days, I find HKP international signed for takes a week to arrive, give it a few more days seeing nothing moves on a weekend.
