Banshee_Will
I would really like to get a Polarstar HPA system.............. But in a VFC Scar H. (yeah I want to be different ) I haven't be able to get an answer from polarstar........... I could call them but I don't have a landline, international calls on a mobile are very expensive :/ Anyway they custom fitted one of there gearboxs into a CA sr25 see here: So I suppose you could fit into a VFC scar, but does anyone have any definitive answers? PianoBlack
It all depends on how much the SCAR-H gearbox differs from the Fusion Engine. At the very least, you'll need a new selector plate and nozzle. -Piano
Banshee_Will
Selector plate because its ambidextrous? The CA and the VFC both use a lengthened air nozzle, not the same one though (I think) I would call polarstar if they weren't US

Banshee_Will
Whew! It only took them 19 mins to reply................... I am impressed! Good news but bad news. I got this reply from Jeff Johnson, (Polarstar's Customer service manager): "We plan on offering the necessary components for the SCARs in the future, however at this time the Version 3 Fusion Engine takes precedence." Ah well, I will just have to wait and see! However I'm impressed with polarstar's attitude. I will be buying it when it comes out.
PianoBlack
Jeff is a good guy and my normal point of contact. I recommend adding them to your Facebook profile so you can track their news. -Piano
notrabies
I wish you luck on this project, I got to play against the Polar Star team some time ago before the official release, and their rifles were not messing around at all. If I still played field games and had some spare cash, I'd almost certainly get in on one of these.
