When I bought a M11 about 4 months ago, I had some probs trying to find a suitable thigh holster, due to the M11's somewhat irregular shape (as far as a pistol holster is concerned, anyway...). Eventually I obtained one of these from ASMC, which has been a very nice inexpensive piece of kit that happily contains an M11 without any issues. Now the issue is, I've come to wanting a second M11 (overkill yes, fun, definitely), and was hoping to find a matching holster for my left thigh. Sadly ASMC appear not to offer one... ...Which is where you guys come in. Has anyone seen a similar looking OD left thigh holster anywhere? Understandably, cheaper is better, but the most important thing is that I get one that looks similar or it'll just look odd. If you've any suggestions, please feel free to drop a line! staticzero Posted June 17, 2005 Report Share Posted June 17, 2005 I second the Guarder Tornado holster recommendation. I have three of them myself, one RH in OD as well as a RH and a LH in black. They just barely fit the M11, but when adjusted properly they work really well with it. Wear them without the QD extension for extra stability, especially if you're going to holster the M11s with the long mag in. Sewing on some velcrow (loop side, not the hooks) to your belt will also help keep them from moving around on you. This goes for most thigh rigs, for that matter. Link to post Share on other sites

Marlowe Posted June 26, 2005 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2005 Just to end this tale, I attempted to order from THC, and they didn't have any in stock, so I've finally ended up listening to everyone's excellent advice and getting a Guarder Tornado holster from FS.
