bjorn Posted May 12, 2006 Report Share Posted May 12, 2006 Yep, saw it already a few days ago, but still -compared to MAG midcaps not really worth it unless you are going for TRUE and ONLY TRUE milsim. Whats the point? Well simply because G36c mags dont fit into very many pouches and compared to M series mags they lack the potentsial for changing mags easily and carrying them in vests etc. Ofcourse there is always the possibility that you round up like 6-7 mags in a row and go playing like that. Now but that is already pointless and pretty damn far from milsim heh? Just my 2c, and it says that this time Star 30-rounders arent that good of a deal. demon.b Posted May 12, 2006 Report Share Posted May 12, 2006 Yeah, the only downer with G36 is the bulkiness of the mags. Even as few as six can get uncomfortable. No way I would use lo-caps unless I was going for a total mil-sim/modern re-enactor look. Link to post Share on other sites
Rapier Posted May 13, 2006 Report Share Posted May 13, 2006 Eh, I have 10 Mids for my G36K. 4 pairs in pouches and one pair in the gun. That realy isn't that bad. Especialy in my BHI Strike Comando. I finaly got my germal LBE ready and I'm going to try that out at a CQB place tomorrow, same thing, 4 double pouches and two in the gun. Link to post Share on other sites
