dechande Posted September 9, 2006 Report Share Posted September 9, 2006 i think if a payment is not accepted after 30 days, paypal refund the payment. the other option is to activate the account he has sent the money to (assuming the email you sent the buyer is not registered), then either accept the payment, refund it whatever, and then close said account. vaux Posted September 9, 2006 Report Share Posted September 9, 2006 I believe if the account you'd given doesn't exit, paypal will contact you within a week or less. that happen to me once, because the seller gave me wrong account (which I paid into) and paypal blocked that transaction right away.
