Was browsing ehobby, looks like KSC got their *suitcase* together finally,

The KWA USA version has more subtle markings and IMO, though not accurate looking, are more tasteful than this "Marine Corps" version. It should be dropping soon.

Also, the PTS RM4 Magpul ERG CQB is going through a price reduction currently. At $299 which is pretty decent pricing considering all the licensed Magpul Accessories (stock, grip, handguard, PMAG, rear MBUS) it comes with:

Also worth noting, regardless of which version of the ERG you buy, KWA and PTS still have a finite quantity of ERG specific 30/60 round PMAGs. Once they're gone ... they're gone for good:

No ERG will every impress you IMO.. only benefit is it uses aeg mags.

 

In order of recoil

 

1) BOLT (no stop function)

2) KWA RM4

3) TM ERG

I had the RM4 for a bit, the finish was top notice. Shame it's no longer made.

I think it's about accepting a MilSim level of realism in your AEG, that matches that of a good GBB but without the PITA that GBBs are. It's also about realising that whilst you * think * you want an AEG with the kick of real steel, you soon change your mind after a full game day and 2-4000 rounds... 

 

The M4A1 above has a very nice recoil on it but I have an M4. As does the TM AK, but I have bills to pay... Let's see what KWA do next: I want full trades and cerakote finish please on something other than an M4.
