  1. I've ordered the PP STANAG magwell. Supposed to arrive next week. I'll post some pics and my thoughts of it hopefully sometime late next week.
  2. That's exactly what I was thinking when I saw the pics. If there is a way to do it, I know a lot of us would love to know how - I'd seriously consider one if its not an extremely difficult process.
  3. MG4 You're gettin a plus 1 for contacting VFC - here's hoping they do it!
  4. Just from looking at those, I can't tell if it will fit an airsoft G36 without modifications. Have you gotten these on a gun yet? Will they go onto a CA36 series mod free and clean?
  5. Did you soak it in acetone or something like that? And if so, did you remove everything from the slide before soaking it?
  6. I think its beautiful Also, a PX4 would be nice.
  7. Sure, how easy or how hard it is depends on if you have your heart set on using Deans connectors or not. This is how to do it with no soldering needed: The long wires that come with the kit have a male Deans on one end, and no connector at the other. You can simply push those ends into the female mini-tamiya that is provided. Now, just take out the magwell pin and remove your magwell, then take out the pin in the lower reciever near the selector switch. There is also a screw in the back of the lower receiver after you fold the stock out of the way. After taking out those 3 pins, the
  8. Felipe, Looking at that pic of your gun, have you actually done the wire job to the battery stock yet? It's very easy to do - let me know if you need help. And Newbkiller - nice handle mod!
  9. Love that look - I used to have something very similar, and probably will again soon
  10. Actually, Ive taken that one apart and reconfigured it back to a C - the top rail, outer barrel, and a Cmag are all ready and awaiting the release of CA's CA8-2 so I can finally built my G2a2 project Still it was a fun, great feeling gun while it was like that.
  11. My USP gang: It's a long story about how I wound up with 2 KWA USP .45s... but I love them. Also, a KWA USPc with threaded barrel - here it is with silencer for a Bauer Blaster look:
  12. Hey man, nothing wrong with rails for rails sake Just ignore the rail haters. RAILS ROCK Besides, what a great excuse to buy more stuff? "I've got to buy that aimpoint, because I need something for that rail..."
  13. Detailed instructions are just a couple posts above the pics on the page before this one - page 86, post 1707. Hope that helps.
  14. I think that is the exact one I sold you The other two look exactly the same, but I also put a long rail in front of the short one, so the entire top is one long rail. Yeah, I definitely love me some rails.
  15. Oh, and here's some close ups of the handle mod. I hope this helps someone...
  16. Rails baby! Rails mama! You know you've got to have some RAILS!!!! *sung to the theme of the broadway musical "Hair"* I love me some rails....
  17. I have this in a word doc at this point, as I end up PMing it to people so often: here's what I did: (this was done to the stock CA scoped carry handle) I used a standard G36 handguard rail, like you would buy to put on the handguard of a C or K. Next, I went to my local hardware store and bought hex screws, exactly like what come with the rails, except about 6mm longer. I also picked up some metal washers that fit those screws, which I'll explain later. Next, I drilled a hole directly above the back end of the scope - the scope itself is in a metal shell, so as I was drilling, I wen
  18. Good call. I'd love to hear from someone who has one of those bodies if they are locking pins or if you need to use the screw-capped pins from the donor gun. If it works how you describe, that would be great. EDIT: from looking at Titlist's pics, I think you're right. Excellent call. They sell the army code 3 pack at WGCshop, I think I'll order up a set.
  19. All these kits - the barrel kits from Army Code and the RAS kits from CA, will fit a TM or a CA with no modification. Most likely STAR as well (but I dont' have experience with STAR).
  20. The recievers are very nice for the price, but do they include body pins? Like the magwell pin? (Not a handguard locking pin) barrel assemblies = way way too much money.
  21. I've heard they are quite good, and very overpriced. Close to 200$ for a barrel/gas block assembly and flash hider is a lot of money. CA makes a complete metal gas block assembly, flash hider and K or C length RAS for under 200$ pictured here and here - for comparison purposes.
  22. All airsoft K-length handguards take an under-rail. The only exception I know of is the STAR large K forgrip - it only accepts side rails. The Classic Army K handguard, and the G&P K handguard, and the standard STAR (not the large) all also take under-rails and side rails. Hope that helps.
  23. Yes, it is my whole reason for going with the TM was the nitro.vo rail, which I couldn't confirm was compatible with G&G FS51 or the CA M41SAR. Also, I love being able to use a large battery with the guarder handguard.
  24. It's a TM with a nitro.vo top rail, Guarder large-battery handguard, G&P aimpoint, and a G&G folding UMP-style stock. I've got an M100 in there to get up to my field's FPS limits (330) with a 247mm tightbore on the way.
