I finally recieved my Safariland Mk.23 Holster from CopQuest.com, they had to order the holster directly from Safariland so it took about a month. I'm doing this review specifically for Mk23 users, but Safariland obviously makes more than one type of holster. First Impressions: It came in a nice Safariland Zippered Bag as seen in the picture... It says on the bag "Innovation. Not Imitation." Below "Safariland" I was pretty satisfied about the first impression. When I took it out of the bag I was pleased on how simliar the holster felt compared to my Blackhawk 1911 CQB. The outsi

Milla- You're welcome, how about I post pictures tomorrow with the 5.56 mag in the gun and we'll see what you (and other ppl) think, thanks for the input! also wouldn't a gas type mounted flip up be the same as a barrel mounted? I was thinking something like this...link to flip up picture Bilvo- Is that an sr-25 frame? <<edit: upper picture.

Thanks you very much! dhino- I really really like your gun..wow, excellent picture too. Milla- awesome grip, and i really like ure sling attatchment, oh and of course, beautiful weapon!

I know what ya mean, it's not permanant, I thought i'd try it out. I think the ICS reciever might be too big for it....oh well, thanks for your input.
-
Been working on this gun lately, almost threw it away! But I rebuilt it into a CQB, all it needs is a front flip up sight, which I should be recieving sometime next week. Thanks for looking!

lol, I only have one H&K.. Nice looking mk23, although the slide looks kinda blue-ish to me, might just be the picture.

KSC Mk23 Phase II with SD metal slide/barrel, guarder ftk, and hi-flow valve installed. Just installed the pieces today Currently working on fitting a pistol laser inside the TM cheapo L.A.M. Unit edit: I'd post a picture of my KWA usp...but it's got no trades : \

Yeaahhh the airsoft team I'm on uses ACU....kinda breaks my heart, but it's worth it, i love my team. ghost- Yep, I wear black with ACU, i bought all my black stuff before I bought the ACU, before I had regular darker camo, but the team i'm on has a hard on for ACU (forgive my marine terms, lol) I think it turned out pretty decent though, or maybe not? (^^ refer to picture above) Either way, I don't care enough to spend more money on gear. I like what i have. It fits me well, and I use every single pouch I have for something and know exactly where everything is..so i don't see

I don't think black looks bad with ACU...I think when it's well balanced they look good together.

How much was this thing? How do you load it? Do you have to place a bb in the chamber manually for each shot? Last question, is there any type of PCS? I really hope they make a rifle version of this..or something with a stock and adjustable hopup.

Me with some ACU on: Me trying to be serious

Beautiful stocks on those AK's...the first one looks really long to me, how big are they compared at m16's?
-
AUG's don't even need silencers, the gearbox is like burried in your shoulder deadening the sound, plus you can put foam in the stock around the gearbox.
-
Thank you! That sounds like a pretty cool idea..hmm, if i take the red lense out will there still be a tint? STUNTMAN- I love your sights man, both irons and red dot, looks nice too.

Nothing special, just the way I like it though. Full stock and retractable you'll notice. I recently switched to full stock and I love it, the gun feels so solid, and the battery is nice and snug in the stock : ) edit: some details about it...because i'm bored. CA m15a4 originally. -systema m4 length tightbore -systema gears -TM eg1000 motor -systema hopup/bucking -Guarder piston -ICS full stock -Upgraded spring(trying to not break forum rules) -G&P Acog Replica -"Knights Arms" Light Weight Silencer (excellent silencer, and works) - ICS RIS

omg wait, that's NOT AN M4?????????????????????? That's not what i was saying..just nvm, it's a beautiful weapon, im not trying to dis it.
-
Good looking rifle, but that's the only thing i see that's good about it. If it's so hard to upgrade then what advantage does it have over a CA m4? Besides that it looks cool and is rare.
-
Yea, this gun is still beautiful looking and very rare! I love it, dude, you should just replace a few things, no biggie! +1 for the review.
-
I'm no gbb expert...sorry, i'd just try to lube it.
-
Axel- it could be your magazine, do you have another mag and same problem?
-
and noob3r, thank you very much for your repsonses. I think for now I'm going to keep the gun stock. If the slide breaks then I go with a metal one! Thanks again. - Marine47
-
so how do you prevent that?
-
That's true, i love that sound of metal too, ahhhhh no i cant buy a kit lol. I have a quick question because you mentioned green gas. My Kimber is claimed to be preupraded for green gas, does that sound right? How could I tell if it has that upgrade or not? I'm using green gas for now and so far (2 weeks) it's been fine, but yea, it's only had a few hundred shots through it.
-
That works. Thanks, and i didn't mean to offend anyone by stereotyping people. I was just wondering.

Everyones talking about upgrading WA's but no ones said anything about how they're actually really good stock too. Great plastic bodies convince me that spending $280+ on metal ones isn't worth it. I have the money...but I just don't see how it's worth it..
