  1. hm. I've just bought a phantom wasatch on its way from HK - but- I'm 6ft and 240lbs I have a feeling its not going to fit..
  2. I have a Phantom wasatch on its way from redwolf in MC. I'll post pics once its arrived?
  3. I had the same dilema- went for hydration as its totally portable and lends itself to all day or really long games.
  4. Smoke: thanks for the heads up on the MC hydration unit. I ended up going for TT as I hadnt seen your post until now. BigAl: yup- ya got a point
  5. now if only that jacket was waterproofed too..
  6. Speaking of which; abny recommendations for which MC hydration unit am bestest? (I'll be using it with an eagle chest rig.)
  7. fairy snuff Annoys the hell out of me how we get the straight conversion in price! Good find fella.
  8. maybe again, it's an issue of licensing? I wish there were water transfer finishers here in the UK.. Although you could easily turn that $100 into £100 *sigh*
  9. Black boots.. hm. Glad I went desert Pics of my gear soon.
  10. Cheers Cali' .. ..and it's only gonna get better.. Kush- that'd be mine then It's a detachable, flip up rear sight that allows you to fit red-dots or whatever you want without getting in the way. It can adjust for windage, but not range. Plus is has the two aperture L shaped sight that can be flipped for range. The flip up is managed with a small sprung bar that holds the sight down, just unclip the bar and the sight flips up. The whole thing is made from metal and attaches to the back of the receiver rail.
  11. Not really any room inside the CASV. Hence having to use the bundled PEQ. I think it (PEQ) is pretty bulky, and makes the gun even more front heavy (well- heavier)- and the CraneStock will be on the 733 anyway, so I can just slide it off that and use it on this one if I fancy it. I'm using a 9.6v 3300mah in the CS.. I had dabbled with the idea of running both my cheapsoft batteries in parallel inside the PEQ to give me 8.4v 2800, but the lure of the higher ROF from the 9.6v is just too much Oh, and the fact that my 733 now has uprated gearbox, and the CASV box is uprated means
  12. Thanks man. My first paint job on a gun... Only been playing airsoft since December, this is my second AEG - I bought two cheap clones in one month.. Both are little beasts!
  13. My chinese M4 CASV, going for a disrupted urban/low light friendly scheme, it looks a bit poor against my blue/grey garage floor, but seemed to work well at phoenix: Left: Right: With no flash: I used Krylon black, dark grey, OD, Med Brown and Light grey in varying coats to create the blends. It will get re-done soon as I got hold of some Digi-stencil masks The PEQ is temporary as I'm going to be using an interchangeable crane stock setup with a big 9.6v battery for this and my JG m733 which I am going to do soon, and my brothers new type89 (god its nice)
