I have only seen Paraclete HPC's in the pictures of PJ's I have.

There's a pic of a bunch of AFSOC CWM's in patrol caps but not a pic of a PJ in one. A vest with ballistic properties isn't really necessary. I've seen plenty of pics of PJ's without a ballistic vest underneath their harness.

That armor I believe s not a PBPV armor. The cut of it is similar but I believe the one n the pic is made by safariland. Do you have a high res of the pic by any chance?
