thanks davedawg. one last question. Me, being a leftie, want to switch the mag release to the right side. Reading this disassembly guide nearly made my head pop. Do I really have to disassemble all that? Or can I just skip to the part where he removes the mag release? Or are there more simplistic instructions out there?

quick question to all you SIG users: Are the metal kits/frames compatible with BOTH versions of the the marui p226? Because, what I was planning to do was, get a marui pp226 chrome (because it's newer and might have some odd defects the p226 had smoothed out) and then get an all black slide/lower frame. So that, essentially, I'd end up with a black p226 but with silver levers and trigger/hammer. I know some of you may think that looks utterly retarded, but I honestly believe it'll look nice, and most importantly "unique."
