IdZ Set is already out, conversion kit for G36 have not I paid $33USD for shipping on 2 G36 nozzle set, 1 Complete G36 bolt carrier set, 1 IdZ set. Not sure why you have to pay $47 for just the IdZ (CWI Airsoft) Only issue is Canadapost is on strike, so they can't send in the parcel.

Well the sight over bore is the biggest issue you have to deal with. G36 w/ the Compact rail is approx 2" sight over bore, while this is not significant, it's roughtly 1" higher than the AR-15 which a lot of sights made co-witness with Aimpoint Micro w/ lowest mount would be too low in my opinion, you could co-witness, but the front iron sight will block too much picture Aimpoint Micro w/ LT660 mount would be too high, it's made for co-witinessing AR-15 triangle front sight EO-Tech on G36 despite KSK use it, It too high (After all KSK are the ones mount EO-Tech 550 on the Hensoldt 3.

Depends what you get in G&P, some are awesome, some are pure ######. I had a G&P one where the recoil of a Magna GBBR rifle (WA style) would turn the sight off/on with every shot. Since you're in the states, consider getting Primary Arms, they're good. except they won't ship to Canada despite being legally to do so. (<$100 is not an ITAR item)

It would reduce the cool-down a bit, however, when the magazine is cooled, it's also harder to warm it back up. The best way would've been if they use a double expansion chamber system much like the KJW or WE G36 series.

Hmm question, RA-T video of the custom M16a1 Open Chamber say they include the iHop system.... My question is, does that means the Open Chamber still uses that crappy hopup system from the brass tube? I thought WE is going to standardize the Hopup much like they did for trigger system.

Hmm, question (since I dont have longer range available to see hopup takes into effect) Does the RA-Tech bucking+stock nub one overhop on 0.25, 0.28, 0.30g? I've heard the Stock Nub+bucking will overhop even 0.36g? Do you guys recommand going to SCS nub or is the RA-T Bucking+Stock nub sufficient?

I'm confused, with the SCS nub it is still overhopping? (0.25g+) What is the weight needed to get a stable flight path? The original I heard was somewhere 0.4g+ Question, does the bb still fall out if you turn hop off and barrel pointing down? (I notice RA-Tech rubber+ stock nub does this up to 10-15% hop on) Where do you find the CA scope by it self? I don't trust the ARES enough for handle recoil.

I look again today, The lube was still relatively clear on the inside. What I did found out was that the two plastic tabs keeping the nozzle in was responsible for the nozzle failure to fully retract. If I back the screw out on turn from the tightest, (still no play for the plastic pieces to move) the nozzle can easily fully retract. I'm thinking to use a lil bit of loctite, but I'll keep it as is (200 round later I'll check if it move or not)

Is it just me or the nozzle does not fully retract? I notice my Main Nozzle O-Ring seem to be a size larger.

The first video pretty much prove what I said. The first mag went off because all metal in the magazine was insulated by plastic. The reason second magazine failed was the top exposed to snow, and thus temperature rapidly drop. I got my RA-Tech Custom WE G39E today, overall impress with it. The charging handle does look and feel weak. I'm having issue adjusting NPAS right now. but that's not the question.

Working it in colder weather, it's known fact that WE G36 don't perform so well below 15 degrees C. The plastic outer magazine shell doesn't help (It resist temperature change better than metal) I'm really curious about the Hop up issue w/ WE G36, is it expected to be overhopping (even 0.36g) or is it just gun per gun? I've heard people saying its laser accurate 40-50m but others saying stock nub over hops while replacing w/ SCS will cause bb chopping.

try physically push the valve release does it release gas easily or not? you might over fill the mag cause the increase pressure so the pin doesnt have enough strengh to release the gas.
