  1. Thanks TeowneD, be sure to check the video (see sig) You want to know how I "made" the extended magazine for that photo. well that was easy, i spent seventeen days traversing the Himalayas to find a secret lost village where they mine mithril. After another two months I managed to convince them to trade three of my kidneys for enough metal to craft the magazine Then I went to the depths of moria to melt the mithril into the correct shape... Ok Ok, so i padded a normal magazine with tape so it friction fit in the bottom of the magwell...
  2. This thread needs more 1930s (Please no winging about finger on trigger, i was trying to get a picture with the slide moving by shooting it.... unfortunately that never would have worked given what I did with the magazine *facepalm moment*
  3. Ewww you cross your thumbs . Permission to photoshop that one, (not that It'll be any good, I'm new to photoshop)
  4. SNAP http://i404.photobucket.com/albums/pp129/ED-SKaR/1911machinepistol.jpg I'm now not the only person in the world who owns a BMG . Yours looks really nice, loving the dark varnish on the grip.
  5. The mags hold 26 BBs. TMs design is for it to have a plastic slide and 134a gas, where it can shoot 50 rounds, with green and plastic slide that drops to 30-35, still enough to empty the 26 and lock the slide. You are getting half that. You might not care, with the right operator a gun getting 10-15 rounds is plenty.
  6. Describe the jam please. Is it in the fully rearward position, or halfway. Can you see the Cylinder through the ejection port? what position is the hammer. (seriously, give enough info and we can solve it first time, rather than going back and forth) The mag dropping out will not be a trigger problem, check the catches on your magazines for wear, then pull out the mag catch and check that. Make sure you re-fit it properly. It is not a screw that holds it in place, the thing that looks like a screw head is a peg that you turn 90d to release it(Just in case you didn't know) Unless it really
  7. Yes, several. What design, make inc upgrades and give us a detailed description of problems.
  8. I just got exactly the same as this in all respects (same page of that thread, and i'm using GC too.)
  9. like so? I can't shake the feeling that sepia would suit it better...
  10. I don't see the point of the rep system at all, it just gives one post a good or bad "score" and your better off reading the post and deciding for yourself if its good or bad. On a related note, a proper reputation(weather separate or a replacement for current is not mine to say) for the sales subforums, to indicate simply good and bad traders.
  11. I love arnies, I keep on seeing how good our mods are and how the forum keeps up to date. Good job guys . One niggle I have is with the thread numbering on the subforums pages (and searches). You have the thread title, and then pages "1, 2, 3, x" where x is the latest page. once a thread is 10 pages long the first few pages are irrelevant, old news, you only need the first page for when you go back and read it from the beginning (I do that every now and again). What would make much more sense to me would be "1, x-2, x-1, x", so that you can go back to the penultimate page when the th
  12. There already is, several in fact, more than several. They each get locked in their turn.
  13. You are confusing the yankie and british upgrade names. with the L85 the origonal version was the "A1" and the HK upgrade made it "A2" all the other upgrades like the scope and front ends are not applied to either/or. IIRC the mag catch guard was one of HKs upgrades, making them only appear on A2s, but I could be wrong on that.
  14. Oh oh, I know, they are ordered by caliber!
  15. The order you got them out of the box?
  16. Fixed TM will be bringing some 10 round mags (40BBs so i'm told) I just want them to hurry up and let me buy them!!
  17. My family of 1930s guns, I couldn't decide where to put it but there are two 1911s and two other colts in there so I decided to put it here. From the left: A derringer, probably a remington type 4 derringer in .41 rimfire, though no double derringer has a trigger guard like this. Its a £1 DAO springer that chronoes 30FPS. HFC NBB Colt 1908 vest pocket hammerless, .25ACP. Colt 1903 in .32ACP. Made from a BELL Tokarev full metal springer. TM Colt 1911 .45ACP. Colt 1911 machine pistol in .38 super. made from a BELL 1911. and finally Maruzens "Mad Max" shotgun (I wish it where the Hwasa
  18. "only a few minutes" is a very long time in a combat situation. You would have to send a fire team in with half the AUGs set up for left hand corners, the other half for right hand. HK was experimenting with a system that was literally a flick of a switch to change the direction of spent brass, you just had to make sure it was set the right way when you make ready or >.< ouch. Its just a shame HK decided against building bulpups or we'd have it by now.
  19. Still dosn't address the issue of lefties/firing round right hand corners . I guess thats what the shotgun is for.
  20. You really think that will stop them?
  21. The polymer body may become the A3. I think thats what he meant, I agree, it may work that way.
  22. I've just attached a complete tool kit to my rucksack. I carry this rucksack with me day to day so it's useful to have a complete tool kit. If it moves and it shouldn't, Gaffa tape (in the pouch) To free something that's stuck, a hammer (tucked in the loops)
  23. Quoted for total truth. I have always liked the sporting stocks for shotguns, but the separate pistol grip of the TM M3 is wonderfully ergonomic .
  24. This is why the M500 design is so horribly flawed. The firing mech is inside out so the gas pressure forces the mech open, rather than closed as is the case on every other gas gun in existence. Shame really as every other part of the design is great, though the magazine is a little fiddly .
