  1. Hi Arnie, Sorry I'll need to take a bit more time to collect all the thread titles and daily digests that I've received since Dec 8th for you. Should be done by today. Thanks again!
  2. Yup, I'm not getting any more digests after the first email. Anyway, I've subscribed to a lot and the large influx of digests after the initial problem was fixed was around 49 digests, and after that I only had about a total of 10 digests up to today. I'll see if I can group them all and send it to you within 24 hrs (all my digests from 8th till now) and all my subscribed threads. Is there a quick way for me to copy + paste all the subscribed thread names for you? I might be going through some 8-10 pages in "content I follow" if I were to copy and paste the thread titles to you; I wa
  3. Hi Arnie, I think there is still an issue with the daily digest. They don't seem to update once the first set of daily digests came out. For example, I've been subscribed to a number of threads like the BF3 and TM SOPMOD Review thread and they generally have at least a post a day. Yet after the massive influx of daily digests on the day that the 'no daily digest' issue was fixed I have never received another daily digest for those threads since. All I've been getting are a few daily digests from the ones I've subscribed to recently and they also exhibit the same problem (like with the
  4. Be careful about the dimension differences. I know this might not apply to the ARMY tolerances but I broke my Bell 1911 lower frame (the grip screw holes torqued off) and I replaced it with a stock TM plastic lower. The internal frame of the Bell 1911 is different than the TM one; I can't fit the pint through the hammer between the outer frame and the inner frame if I am to fit the pin that secures the sear disconnector. You might be stuck using the inner frame of the ARMY 1911 although that shouldn't be much of a problem other than the fitting of the slide to the internal frame rails. How
  5. Sorry dude, daily digests weren't coming into my gmail inbox for over a month, didn't see you post here. The mags that my friends have don't have much of a problem so far other than leaking slightly at a game once, and it wasn't because the fill valve was loose. I think the o-rings used for the fill valve isn't too good. Still, the leak issue is the same as my WE M4 mags and I think if you just keep a bit of gas in the mags during storage you won't get the leak problems (the leakages were fixed after gaming the PX4 for a few rounds of CQB). The issue is really minor anyway and given the
  6. Thanks! Haven't gotten a daily digest update yet for today. Will update when I do
  7. Thanks so much! I thought the AI kit only comes with the propane tank adapter, apparently I'm wrong Thanks for the detailed photos and comparisons between the stock GI mag and the ARC mag shell too!
  8. Thanks for the info! Mind linking the adaptor for me (for the longer gas bottle nozzle; I haven't come across any in HK and I don't think it's a common airsoft item here)? I won't be getting the AI propane adaptor as nobody has access to propane bottles here in HK, I'm stuck with Top/Red/Green gas at the moment. Actually would it be possible to drill the hole a little bigger so that the larger end near the very ends of the top gas bottle nozzle be able to fit through the mag shell to push against the fill valve? I'm thinking if it's possible to do so the only issue I might have is a w
  9. Nice M4 Got a quick question for you, how are the ARC magazines? I can't seem to find a review for them anywhere and I found a report on another forum that the ARC mags don't allow the propane bottle nozzle to reach into the mag valve. Also, did you have to do any filing work to fit the mags, and do they allow you to drop-mag multiple times without damaging the internals of the mag? I'm planning to outfit all my WE M4 mags soon for my SCAR and my upcoming M4 project and I'll like some feedback for the mag shells, thanks!
  10. Well here I am triple posting. Sorry about this, but again, the Edit button doesn't work after a while ><; Anyway, still no daily digest for me today, I usually get them in the mornings at HK time. I DID however get an email informing me that someone had quoted my post (as I mentioned I didn't receive any emails about it previously, only forum notifications). Arnie, I've reset my notification options yesterday and I checked it again just now, I should be receiving the digests. D:
  11. Can't edit my previous post.... Anyway, I didn't receive any daily digests today and I also noticed I don't get any email notifications when someone quotes my post either (I get forum notifications though). I've reset my notification settings just now (removed all the ticks then added them back again) so hopefully I'll get email notifications and digests tomorrow.
  12. Thank you; I'll report back tomorrow whether I receive the Daily Digests or not. Thanks again for following up on the issue!
  13. Are you talking about this one? http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/199514-notifications-galore/ The last update was your post on Sept 21st and I'm sorry that I somehow missed the thread when I posted my issue above ><; The thread wasn't one of the most updated ones (that I had assumed) so I posted here instead. Anyway, thanks for following up on the issue!
  14. Hi Arnie! I've PMed you some time ago about the no Daily Digest since the forum upgrade and you had previously fixed it already, but when the forums got updated again they didn't show up again. My last daily digest was on 31st October. I just want to update you again as I still haven't received any more Daily Digests even though my settings are confirmed to do so. Thanks in advance!
  15. HunterSeeker5's R-Hop mod? I thought it was only developed for AEG buckings, not the VSR type? The MIC ones are the ones in brown packaging right? Those are ######, I've heard reports that they leak OOTB and you cant even stuff a single bb into the mag. Sorry you wasted your money dude; but get a HK3P branded mag instead (which is the same as the one that comes with the gun. The packaging is black. As for the gas route bucking I want to know too since I've been playing with the idea that if the gas route thingy is the same as the hicapa/p226 ones you can potentially fit the ni
  16. Seems like the broken part of the slide does nothing to the function of the gun as many here have testified. Also I've answered the hammer question posted by david pithers 2 posts above the one where you asked for upgrade info....please read above The loose barrel...well if it's like 2mm then I won't worry about it. Even my stock TM MEU had around 2mm of play when the slide is cocked and I fumble around with the barrel. It doesn't hinder the gun's function in any way.
  17. So far that I can think of are the Nineball barrels and hop rubber. But personally I'll go with the TK Twist Barrel + nineball hop rubber (what I run in my 1911). Set the hop rubber near the full setting and shooting +0.25g gives you a pretty damn flat trajectory and you get a very nice effective range for outdoors. However the NB barrel and hop combo also works very well to outrange (for UK limits) AEGs on the original TM (can't see why the HK3P wont have the same effect though!); see the posts in the TM PX4 review
  18. You're talking about the PX4 hammer right? I thought that was a manufacturing or design problem too but the TM PX4 is exactly like the TM; the hammer wobbles when it's not cocked; you can't blame the clone if the original have the same issue
  19. Yeah I had a closer inspection of it yesterday browsing pics from several RS blogs and the Nitro Vo. rail and it looks like some of the concept is based off the TD rail but it's not actually made by RS companies... I thought it was a copy because of the slanted front end of the RIS, ah well.
  20. Hey guys, Just wondering if any of you have a WE SCAR as well as the TM SCAR recoil shock. Nitro Vo recently released this copy of the TangoDown rail extension (both black and tan): http://www.airsoftglobal.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=32_200&products_id=14591 And I was wondering if it'll fit the WE SCAR. I've asked the shop assistants in Tokyo Model Company today and they said it doesn't fit. I'm wondering whether any of you guys have both guns side by side to check it out to find out whether the issue is a dimensions one or because the placement o
  21. Sorry I can't edit my old post; but I've had some misconceptions that I realised with my advice on the 4.3 hicapa above that I would like to clarify after a little more thought on the issue. It's completely off-topic from this thread but I hope you guys don't mind it since I don't like to leave wrong information on the threads ><; Annnnyway. Lets assume we're considering a 1911 (which is some 90% similar to the 2011 mechanism and the stuff I write below will work for the hicapas too). If we consider the sear spring with the front being the part that faces away from you when you
  22. Thanks for the external review XD Anyway, regarding your 4.3, if it half-cocks the gun sometimes I would diagnose that the middle prong of the sear spring is pressing against the sear too much. Strip the MSH out of the hicapa and remove the sear spring (try not to get the hammer to drop when you remove the MSH and sear spring or else you'll need to remove the slide, grip safety and thumb safety to get everything back together!) and bend the middle prong 'backwards' so it applies less pressure to the internal mechanism of the gun if you get what I mean. You need to do this by trial and er
  23. Thanks for identifying them! Doh, should've checked the other colours and the details on ehobby... ><;
