Fuser
I used to know this, but I've forgotten...do one or more airsoft companies have the right to legally reproduce KAC trademarks on their AEGs? I used to think that G&P had the right to do so, so if one were to buy a G&P with KAC trades on it from, say, AEX, the trades would be intact. Can someone confirm this? Thanks. KevinSattakun
Aren't all KAC trades illegal because they represent the US military? I bought a KAC silencer from Thailand and brought it to the US but was lucky because the customs weren't checking because of construction to the airport.
PECEMKR45
KAC is a company like anyother and have the right to "farm out" there trade mark to any . I seem to remember news that certain companies did have rights to use them , i am sorry however i do not remember the whos who.

Fuser
I did about four days ago, should get a response by this afternoon.
Fuser
Just FYI, I got an email from AEX today and they say that the gun comes with the trades intact. So either its not illegal to reproduce the KAC logo or G&P owns rights to do so.
PlasticMag
VFC might have the rights because they're making the PDW.
RSP1
VFC might have the rights because they're making the PDW. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Possibly, but perhaps it will be like the HK416 with the 'US-safe' VFC-traded version and the unlicensed HK version.
