I'm looking for a replacement, got my eyes on the ver2 dboys gearbox(black)... but i'm having doubts it wouldn't fit in the marui G3(are all ver2GB the same?) anyone knows if that dboys GB reinforced??? if it doesn't fit... which brand should i get? marui again? It used to be MP5 and G3 boxes didn't have the cuts out of the side that the M16/M4 tabs went down through when "closing the lid".. but that was a minor difference. ObsoleteAcey Posted February 20, 2008 Report Share Posted February 20, 2008 i couldn't tell from that picture, but it's still made from the same ###### metal as a stock gearbox and to be honest, all the reinforcing i've seen in these so called "reinforced" gearboxes is all the the wrong place... i mean has anyone EVER had their gearbox crack around the Spur gear? Why does it have all that extra metal there when it really needs to be up front so the front end doesn't blow off? Link to post Share on other sites
