Shard
Ok, so it is a simple one really but I can't for the life of me find the answer on the internet and it is bugging me a bit. It mainly comes down to this. At the top of the inside of the shell a letter and number are stamped, e.g. M8. Obviously, the sizing falls from S (Small) to L (Large). That is simple enough to work out. However, what does the number actually relate to ? I've seen the same apparent size PASGT with different numbers so my first guess of being something to do with an additional measurement such as width doesn't seem to work. Cheers for anyone that can give me an answer Edit to clarify I'm talking the helmet not the armour
Sgt-McKenzie
8 is the depth of the helmet

imp1864
are you going to get one shard. If so try ebay. I picked up mine from baying hound. £19.95 and shipping is the same. P
Shard
Yeah mate, I used baying hound a few weeks back to get hold of one, but I overlooked the extra space I needed for pads so I just got a second one in a larger size. Hopefully it'll be all good this time round As I'm intending to sell the now un-needed one I just wanted to know the info to advertise it 100% correctly too.
