Shard
Things I can think off of the top of my head that might be the cause: - Is the gearbox (specifically the air nozzle) seated fully into the hop unit ? - Are the wires routed correctly so the gearbox is fully seated ? - The cam for the left selector might be out of place, check it is in there properly. n1ch0
I had the same problem everytime i take them off.. Anyway, what you need to do is to bring/push back the barrel assembly abit into the receiver, so that the gearbox/nozzle is flushed with the hopup. and then try to push them together. I think most of the time, the problem is the nozzle wont get in the hopup unit. just try to straighten it as much as possible and push from the back. If it dont help...... i'm out of ideas ahhaha.. it took me 1hour to put them back together the first time and now its relatively easy, just need some bump on the back
Tom Andrews
Every one that we have downgraded has appeared to warp one of the body halves when we split the body. This has made it a pain to reassemble when the body pins don't quite line up. Making sure we haven't trapped a wire, we generally squeeze the body halves gently in a vice (with protected jaws)
10in2010
I've taken my PDw/MP5K apart now about 20 times, and each time I do it the same thing happens. you have to pull the hopup and barrel back into the gearbox and make sure they are flush with eachother, then slide both forward as you put the 2 halves together.
