8tharmy Posted November 11, 2010 Report Share Posted November 11, 2010 Hi all, I have a Tenergy smart charger that indicate on the back "7.2 - 12V NI-CD/NI-MH Battery pack charger, and im assuming this piece will not be able to charge a Lipo battery?i've never done it nor wanna try it out before getting any professional advice from the experienced guys on forum, Thanks! airsplat2 Posted November 12, 2010 Report Share Posted November 12, 2010 Lipo chargers for lipo batteries only. This leads to fire and general unsafe conditions.
