Name the 1990's comedy series, along with the character name of the person who sang it, and get a lovely warm cookie. "Do your balls hang high Do they swing to and fro Can you tie them in a knot Can you tie them in a bow Do you get that funny feeling when you're hanging from the ceiling You'll never be a sailor if your balls hang low" You must be able to answer both parts of the question to get the cookie.
