Redcap
OK, I'm leaning towards the HurricanE HK version, but ISTR that someone recently released an OD Greeen metal body, but for the life of me, cannot find any references to it - any help out there?

Redcap
Thanks for the info, Major - much appreciated: Nuts, I thought it was out already. Oh, well, since I'm in immediate need (cracked the lower body, immediately above the rear locking pins, of my plastic body, while at Combat South on Sunday - pure bloody acident, but it means I need a metal body before I go gaming again. Looks like I'll be going for the HurricaneE HK version, then. Word of advise to those who mod their rifles - slapping on all manner of metal bits to a plastic body is asking for problems (as I found out on Sunday). REINFORCE the rifle with a metal body, at the same time you slap on other dress-up parts - saves swear words before game time! Anyhow, thanks again. Roger
HardCoil
If it's a flat top, pull out the rear locking pin and put a zip-tie thorugh that and over the top mount. That should hold if not look pretty until you can get a proper metal body.
Redcap
HardCoil - Thanks for that, mate; however, I'm collecting the HurricanE HK body tommorrow, and will have it installed this weekend. Something to remember for the future, though - thanks.
