airsofter22 Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 I am having problems with jamster_1, he was supposed to send me a walther p990 in excellent condition plus an extra magazine however I only received a HFC p990 in very poor condition without the extra magazine, the gun doesn't stop rattling. He told me that the gun was an exact replica of the walther p990 however it is the HFC version and not what I want. He is not answering his PM's, so I have basically been ripped off and sent a rubbish gun I was told that the gun was in great condition this is very untrue, I am not happy at all. What can I do? Sledge Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 Well, first off, Walther don't make airsoft, so any gun you got was going to be made by someone else. Second, always get pictures up front. Finally, you can keep PM'ing him, get the mods involved, and even try the small claims court. Link to post Share on other sites

airsofter22 Posted January 21, 2006 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 Hi Thanks for that, I had a chat with him on MSN but it was more like an argument, he insists that the gun was fine and says he won't give me a refund, however the gun rattles and is in terrible condition. 5thElement Posted January 21, 2006 Report Share Posted January 21, 2006 Do you have the PM's from him saying that it had the Walther trademarks etc on the gun and what condition it was in? you should probably post them if you do. If it's true that he lied about the description of the gun, lied about the extra magazine and the condition of it, he should be banned from selling on this forum. As to what we can do for you - very lttle except try and make sure Jamster stays in contact with you. If we feel he IS guilty of scamming you then we can prevent him trading with others.
