Tmayone
Is the G&P PEQ2 (the one with integrated 9.6v 3000Mah) Metal or Plastic? If it is plastic are there any PEQs that ARE Metal. Thanks. - Tyler
Drayvn
It is plastic. Dont know if there are any which are metal, haven't found any. If you do go for the G&P one, do rmember to start getting your glue out because pretty much all the knobs and bits will fall off VERY easily!

aznsk8s87
Wow, why anyone would want a metal PEQ-2 is way beyond me... as it is, it makes your front end quite heavy.

King Arms/PHX make the bet looking PEQ/2 that has a metal base/rail attachment.
raabhimself
Yeah the real an/peq-2 is plastic or an ABS type plastic. I have a real one but i dont like using it because I dont want to break it since its a $700 peice of kit.

Like my 249, i have nowhere i can put my battery and to be honest it doesnt really destroy the looks of the weapon as its an ugly beast of a weapon!
