EvOrAcEr
You've already got your metal slide installed which is a nice precaution to have when using higher pressures. I ran green gas in mine and it was fine. Green will be fine with metal slide ect.. Doubt anyone could estimate how long it will last till something breaks. Could be tomorrow or next years. Depends on usage and just when it happens.
Eddie182
Yes, with the metal slide etc you will be totally fine of green. I've been using my 100% stock TM P226 on green for over a year without any problems.
fathom1001
Unless you find a random defect somewhere no one can tell when your gun is gonna break, until it does!
Sick Srt-4
My suggestion to you is to buy a Gaurder Enhanced Loading Muzzle, and Valve Bocker. Trust me I own a P226
Anachronism327
Enhanced Piston head at least, those help a ton, and they're cheaper than the other upgrades

SKL001
can my TM P226 with a PGC metal kit installed take green gas? i read somewhere someones muzzle snapped in half when he was using green gas. how long will my gun last before i have to reinforce some parts? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I just got a TM P226 and I use greengas/propane in it. So far it's operating fine with no sign of problems. I've got a guarder muzzle on order just in case.
