ACM Rubber Grenade 360 degrees

Hello together,

 

i found this gas operated grenade at RSOV and EB:

Are there any experiences with this kind of grenade? Looks if you had to stick the bbs in the rubber shell, where they are hold by the shell... don't know if this really works for long.

I haven't seen any reviews yet, but I have one on order from KH Mountain that should ship out within the next few days. I'll put up a review in the "Reviews" section once it arrives and I've had a chance to test it out a bit.

Looks painful if you were hit upside the head with it. Plus the metal spoon doesn't detach. Yikes. Extra painful.

True but this prevents you from losing it. So ingamewise (is that a word) it's not that bad.

 

I'd guess it works similar to the james boom from VFC but this one's not having a protection sleeve.

Don't bother wasting your money on them.

 

I got a few in with some other things a couple of weeks ago, they have no adjustable timer on them and out of the packet they are painfully slow (around 1min+), the only way to cure this is spraying silicone oil into the top but then it will go off as soon as you release the lever.

 

And thats all assuming the mech doesn't break on the first use and jam open which seems to have happened on 3 of the ones i have (a common problem i'm told).

 

The only thing they are usefull for really is tripwire mines where you would want them to go off straight away.
