Molle works on IDZ but not the other way around, atleast I dont think it would be. I had a IDZ vest and non of the pouches had anything to secure it. You had to loop it and tuck it in. The molle straps are way to far apart to make sure the IDZ pouches are secure.

That vest and AG36 looks aawwwfuullllly familiar... lol Looks great bud!
