Or hopefully there are other magnifier ownes who might wish to contribute tot his thread with their own outdoor material. Still, looking good and a nice review. Always looked for a magnifying thingie with wich one can better see how bb's fly past the intended target.

At least my Dboys ver 2 was identical to the reinforced ca mechbox, so no go (gun is M4 CQB-R deluxe).

Wouldn't it be better to use the fanny pack on the backside? I don't want to know what it feels like to hit the deck with all that stuff hanging.. right.. there.. Of course if the purpose of given equipment is to remain in upright position at all times, then it probably isn't on the way too much. Then it just looks funny

It's not attached. You can see the place for it inside the unit on the upper side. A small rectangular hole where it is supposed to be. A follow up question: Have you tried changing the hop-up unit? Tried to put on a G&P hop-up and it was tight like hell. Didn't manage to get it inside outer barrel as it was supposed to.

Two days of skirmishing with the gun and it has worked great. Only consern is the hop-up wich is not functioning like I expectrd, but I'm going to try on a different one next weekend.

Getting mine this week. Good thing I had drank a few before ordering, because after reading all this I might have had second thoughts about it. Just hoping everything will be ok... Since it was ordered last week I suppose it's going to be of the newer type.

You call those knives? This is a knife! Finnish made sissipuukko (ranger knife) Mine has been mosty used to chop wood since killing people with sharp objects isn't an everyday hobby for me. It's always nice to have something one can trust on your webgear. Some link in english: http://www.canit.se/~griffon/knives/m95/sissipuukko_m95.html Knife in sheath Knife unsheathed Close-up on the locking system (roll-lock) that keeps the knife in place even if it's hung upside down on your harness
