  1. If you got those from where I think you did, they're next on my list. Currently getting a set of G3 pants in M90K. How's the quality btw? I feel like I took a bit of an expensive risk. 2. I was also interested in building modern or contemporary interpretations of these guns. I rummaged in my bits box and came up with these:
  3. My retro phase continues.... XM177 M16 Dissipator (ish)
  4. Thanks mate, it was an ACR that I think you did that inspired me to try this with mine. I should really invest in an airbrush. That kind of pattern using four colours took a lot of spray paint and left a thick layer on the sprayed parts. you can feel the ridges in he pattern. I was being careful too. Doing traditional camo patterns freehand is much less paint intensive.
  5. My ACR and PDR-C got some love. Really like how these turned out.
  6. I've been playing too much Division.
  7. Fun with stencils and spray paint:

  9. Been playing a lot of 'The Division' lately and really liked the 'torn tape - grey' skin you can put on a gun. Thought I'd give it a try. It came out pretty well, even though some of the tape didn't stick well enough and some of the tape stuck too well.
  10. Thread revive! Made some minor tweaks to mine and gave it a paint job:
  11. Goddammit ICS! Proprietary parts and designs is one thing, but making it so sportline/proline parts aren't interchangeable is just infuriating.

  12. On the RS owners have modified AR mags to act as brass catchers. As for being a water inlet, I think it was design as a civilian sporting rifle, not as a DEVGRU underwater death machine.
  13. Exactly, it's that uniqueness that was the main driver behind buying it - it's an usual piece and I'm a sucker for something out of the ordinary. It's also a back up for my P90. Take both guns on skirmish day and if one fails I won't have to change guns, mags and LBE to keep playing. However, everybody 'reminding' me to put a mag in is going to get tiresome.
