  1. I don't know what the older ones were like, but I was pretty impressed with this. Doddle to fit, flawless finish, very crisp trades etc. All the other upgrade parts were Guarder as well - all flawless imo.
  2. Hi mate. It's Guarder. Pretty good quality for the price tbh.
  3. TM based Colt National Match. Added some subtle bling with some stainless parts. Outer barrel, chamber, bushing and spring plug. Picture is junk - I'll try to get some better ones. The kit was courtesy of our member "K.A" - great guy to deal with and the kit was spotless.
  4. Wolf, Is that TM or WA based? I'll bet it's worth a fortune..

What's graphite rub bluing? - not heard of that one. The finish looks quite good. Is it durable?
  7. Upon opening the box it simply looks real and you would think it was all metal. They have made the slide in a satin finish, but the frame and barrel are a matt almost sand blasted effect which gives a nice contrast. I could simply find no flaws in the external finish. No seam lines, no dodgy castings - nothing! Then there's the weight. This baby is only circa 8g lighter than the RS when unloaded. Ie, mag in, but no cartridges. This is around 940g standard, heavier than the full metal TFW. Only had it a while, so have only fired a few shots, but it kicks like a mule on propane and no
  8. That looks really nice mate. I hate 92's with the tactical rail - looks much better in it's pure form.

    CZ Picture Thread

Wolf, That CZ is simply stunning to say the least.
  10. I'd be interested if the standard CZ75 green gas mags fit if anyone finds out. Don't like that bumper at all. Wonder if it can be removed?
  11. Shame they didn't use adjustable sights, but I'll still take one as soon as available.. Never been keen on the look of those mag bumpers though?
  12. Good review. My concern is that on the earlier dw's, the pawl and sears were cheese. Especially the pawl. Think I'll wait and see on these for the moment. Also, I'd prefer a 4" barrel.

Thanks mate, Yep, I've noticed quite a few parts made for the TM also fit the WE - very handy!!

Where did u get the mag catch buddy?
  15. I've been into knives for years, but I really struggle with the aesthetics of Spyderco. Excluding the Vallotton, which is just knife sex...
  16. I still don't think you'd get the desired effect though. Umarex came close on their early c02 glossy models. They used a dark grey base with an epoxy clear coat. One of the only advantages of modding the cheaper cast zinc alloy slides, is that it will polish and blue. However, the finish will wear very quickly. In the past, I've locked it in with a hard epoxy gloss clearcoat. I no longer have pics of the ones I done... If it's either ally, or the zinc alloy has a higher than usual ally content, when blue is applied, it either doesn't take at all, or you end up with a kind of brown / b
  17. Paint will rarely make it look blued. These prime kits, what is the material? Are they cnc aluminium?
  18. Neither, They were very hard to track down. They are in fact made for pfcg M84 replicas (model guns). Not a drop in fit, but not too bad either. The r/h grip took maybe 5 mins and the left around 15, but certainly nothing beyond any of you guy's on here. Link below. They are at the bottom of the page.. http://mg-props.co.uk/m84.htm
  19. Yeh, A Centurion would be great.
  20. Just got one of these. Very nice solid pistol with quite a fierce blowback. Couldn't be doing with the standard black plastic grips though, so fitted these aftermarket ones...

Well I wish they'd develop a boner for a Hi-Power or CZ75 / 85...The new releases (to me) are just a bit boring tbh.

Lovely gun that. Is it just me, or does there seem to be a general lack of Hi-Powers and CZ75's around? I'm really surprised that Marui have not done these - both iconic pistols.
