Yes they only take stick batteries unless of course you reroute the wire to the rear and use a battery bag (or a mag pouch like mine), and the metal bodies do fit but its not easy. Its not a nightmare but it takes some time, they fit ok but maybe its just me, i found it a fairly complicated gun compared to say an mp5 or m16. Well worth it.

That was an FN CAL, its the 5.56mm version of the 7.62mm FAL or SLR, not too dissimilar with its folding butt and the front end shape, espically if you don't get a close look. Strange how they never caught on since they came out in the early 80s i would have thought they'd be more popular (m4 mags as well).

Yep, goes CLACK!!!!!! just like you want it to when released but best in the metal body. I will endevour to get some pictures of my sigs for all to peruse. Really enjoying this thread.
