  1. Ah, full length. Where did you pull the info from?
  2. This one: http://www.ifilm.com/ifilmdetail/2677403/photos?htv=12 It definately not an M468 because one guys asks if anyone needs ammo and the shooter says something like 'I'm ok'. They are using 5.56mm. I would say it is a standard M4 with an ARMS SIR, scope and full stock. Not the ideal sniper rifle!
  3. By the Viet Cong(MG's) and French(Mat49) nothing to do with the Americans.
  4. Oops. My bad. p.s. so how did Screamin' fit his CAR-15 barrel to an M16A2 upper as the barrel nut thread/attachment point appears standard.
  5. To those with CAR-15's, why don't you use this reciever set as it is ideal for the era and early spec i.e. no bolt assist(so it would appear): http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...16VNS_cat_Metal Bodies
  6. Did you do it in metallic paints?!
  7. Bet you didn't order it from Safara!
  8. PGC for me and my 6004 then.
  9. This is where R&D comes into play. I meant putting fuel tube where your finger touches so your finger has better grip on the metal. Just thread it on.
  10. That's pretty clever. However, I would say lose the finger hole and just leave it as a lever just in case you have to take you hand away from the gun quickly, wear gloves, drop your gun(ouch) etc. I would also suggest covering the contact area with RC silicon fuel tube for some grip and aesthetics.
  11. guillom, What make of metal have you got on that 226?
  12. Nice Seal's set-up. Shame SOG don't use the old scabbard which was better than the new one.
  13. I would buy a PGC. Reason being is that it is CNC'd and has similar detailing accuracy as the Prime and more detail than the Creation. The Creation model is missing extractor detail. Also it is the cheapest of the premium three. If your on a budget then Guarder, Action, KJ and G&P etc are your option but in my opinion they are sh*t. They have poor detail definition due to casting, are made of pot metal and painted instead of anodised. You get what you pay for and I would pay for a PGC.
  14. Slade xTekno, Cheers and here are the answers to your questions: The Pakul is 'Dirty Brown'. Look back to a couple of posts below where I originally posted my pic for more details. The web gear is a BHI Strike plate carrier with a Camelbak cable-tied to the back.
  15. Cheers, It is a lefty Safariland 6004 got it from Optactical and being a lefty it takes longer. The Pakul is direct from Pakistan from this guy: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 For your info mine is 'Dirty Brown' Came in very novel packaging as can be seen here towards the bottom: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...c=31746&st=1600 Still need to change the boots. Gonna get some Belleville 790 deserts.
  16. Looks like he used electrical tape to tie it off.
  17. What's going on with the fore-grip?
  18. Tsunami1977, Does the Aimpoint co-witness better when it is mounted on the RAS than when mounted on the non mil-spec CA body? p.s. What is Krion?
  19. Very nice, especially loving that PRI mount & RIS - very Navy Seals. One quarrel I do have with it, and I presume you are trying to achieve a CQBR, is that the barrel is too short. You need to have a 15mm-16mm piece of barrel between the foresight and flash hider washer. This will sort it: http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper.php?i...cat_Attachments for AEGs p.s. who makes the receiver and foresight?
