  1. I'll complete it when the internals are done (all gucci stuff, seigetek gears BTC MOSFET etc.). Still waiting for my tech guy to fix it up. I do wanna build another one though......this time with a Vortex Razor HDII Ask and you shall receive Here's the link to the cover (get the #1): https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1168198775/butler-creek-blizzard-see-through-rifle-scope-cover-clear Do note that the plastic cover restricts the beam since it sits about 2cm from the SF M600 lens and it's a smaller diameter vs the M600 lens itself.

  3. Cloth masks don't work so well in Hong Kong....due to the heat and humidity (btw I PM'd you) I've asked some buddies of mine that do manufacturing, and surprisingly they said that the LaRue riser is actually cast, not billet CNC. There are cast marks inside the skeletonized areas on the bottom of the riser. I've also asked whether a billet CNC version can be produced (as I wanted to make a batch for myself and my friends) but apparently it can't be done Since this is a pic thread I'll repost the ones that I had previously linked from photobucket:
  4. That, and I don't have to crane my neck down so much, which makes it more comfortable to aim down the optic. This explains it in more detail: http://www.jasonfalla.com/2015/12/the-redback-one-shootingsystem-high.html
  5. Its a real one. As far as I know, there’s no replica of the LT101 riser.....which is unfortunate as the real one is damn pricey.
  6. So I finally figured out how to use Imgur. Apparently I can't just input the direct link onto the little window that pops up when I try attaching images to my post; I have to use the one that Imgur generates. Was frustrating at first but now that I got the hang of it I don't need do deal with Photobucket anymore. Parts List: VFC HK416 VFC RAHG handguard Big Dragon AAC M4-2000 Suppressor (new version with the proper QD lock mech shape) & AAC Blackout FMA AAC Glass Breaker (note that they don't come with a rubber overmold for the suppressor so it's loose on the AAC, I shimmed the gla
  7. I tried using Imgur first but I got errors popping up whenever I tried using the Imgur link. Any idea how I can fix it? Imgur link for the images posted before: https://imgur.com/uLezWyU https://imgur.com/spsgX8G

  9. They just reopened their retail store on the other side of the street from their "old" store, and as I understand they've been moving their warehouse too. I think this is why there's been shipping hiccups.
  10. My DSG / CQB KAC SR-30 IS COMPLETE! It's as KAC as an M4 can be I think... List of KAC externals for those who may have the KAC Fever - VFC KAC SR15 base gun - VFC KAC Micro BUIS - Alpha Parts KAC T1 cover - 5KU KAC QD End Plate - Unknown Brand XM177 Buffer Tube Nut (Which KAC uses for their QD End Plate Kit) - IronAirsoft KAC URX4 8.5" - IronAirsoft KAC Keymod QD Mount (comes with the rail) - IronAirsoft KAC QDC 762/300BLK Flash Hider - IronAirsoft KAC Keymod Covers - AABB KAC Thumb Stop - DYTAC KAC NVG T1 Mount - Real KAC Keymod Scoutlight Mount - Real KAC
  11. Suddenly a 762 MAMS appears: 762 MAMS and 556 MAMS: And a pair of 762 KAC Muzzle Devices to close the post
  12. And adding to this, Lantac is pushing their KAM system out as a competitor to KEYMOD and M-LOK:
  13. KAC SR16 build With 14.5" carbine upper I had the QDC Suppressor dremelled to fit the IronAirsoft MAMS with its indexing pin: With 11.5" SBR upper
  14. I'm not too sure what RS product the only available flat trigger is supposed to be a replica of (this one), but APS does something similar for 5 USD: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/a-p-s-tactical-dynamic-trigger-tdt-for-no-2-hybrid-gearbox-ver-2-1.html It's a much cheaper option and looks similar enough to the flat trigger on Shapeways that might be more worthwhile for you to get. I'm hoping he'll have the Geisselle flat triggers back on the market too!
  15. Here's some pics of my KAC 300BLK build, an SR30 upper on an SR16 lower (inspired by the new commercial SR30 that KAC sell here) to compensate for the posts above! The flash hider and the barrel length was the most frustrating part of this build:
  16. The muzzle device is a KA one. It's not 100% true to the RS as the ports on the 45 degree angles are the same size as the ones on the 90/270 degree from the top of the muzzle device. Lemme get you a link.... http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/accessories/flash-hiders/king-arms-tactical-flash-hider-14mm-ccw-48mm.html#.VbUzNLOqpBc If you want the one that's longer (for the AR15s in the US hitting the 16" overall barrel length): http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/accessories/flash-hiders/king-arms-tactical-flash-hider-14mm-ccw-56mm.html#.VbUzNbOqpBc For the BCM pistol grip, the motor angle is assumed
  17. Avalon, repainted with Mr. Color German Gray (sandblasted prior as previous owner sprayed it with Rustoleum Tan and paintstrippers won't work; though now I found out the Mr. Color stuff doesn't hold up well). Pistol grip is DYTAC's offering. Grip angle is pretty much the same as the RS BCM grip, internally the motor is slanted so the motor angle isn't an issue either.
  18. IIRC it's the white readyfighter one. Other aftermarket nozzles have been known to break but I've never came across a broken RF one. However, the material is less slick than the plastic used by TM, so you'll need to use more lube to get it to slide across the piston cup smoothly compared with the OEM nozzle. GM nozzles had a 1 year warranty IIRC in Hong Kong which was their main attraction but I believe Darklite broke 2-3 of them and ended up not getting any more replacements due to the GM nozzle being less durable than his OEM nozzle which is still running strong. My own OEM
  19. If you Google the Magpul ShotShow 2015 pictures they have a display model of exactly what you're looking for. Hope that helps!
  20. The NE one is Element OEM. Their (Element's) FB page had pics of the 3D printed prototypes along with the lamp heads in boxes prior to assembly; and this was after the Emerson one was out for a number of months. I would think they likely points towards a different design compared to Emerson's.
  21. Hey look! XD I came to the same remedy for the WE SCAR ages ago but it seems like the thread was lost when ArniesAirsoft forums got rebooted.
  22. I see, I was just wondering whether you had any issues with Seigetek from your previous post That said RiotSC have gearsets that set his products apart from the rest of the manufacturers, like his 10.44:1 gears and his dual sector gear. His stuff IMO shouldn't be looked at purely on a durability basis. Anyway, deviating from his topic, so I'll shut up n
