  1. I love the white squarejob Nice, looks like its a nice bit of kit. My M14 is out of comission for a while untill I get the balls to go and get it fixed! I'm hoping that that will be this weekend, we'll see how gas prices affect that drive. . . .
  2. Full Auto and Semi as stated but the TM M14 can be modified by the removal of one peice to be semi only regardless of the switch setting. So if your a realism buff the TM M14 is for you
  3. Nice! All M14's count =) Weather or not you like some of them, is your decision =)
  4. The Red Gas M14 was made using the Hudson gas system and alot of real steel parts as well as airsoft parts. Last I heard it was a one run item made by the person in the video. The first M14 looks like a Marui M14 but with some serious stuff in it. What it is I'm unsure, I havent seen any videos of the hudson one but I thought it was externally powered ? ? ? Or do mags count as external?

The Greater Omaha Airsoft Association Presents: Operation Emerald Snow 2! Story: El envio de drogas esta aqui Money is the root of all evil. After and unexpected encounter with law enforcement officials the Southern Cartel has determined that it needs to move its base of operations. To further this effort and distribute their product the Southern Cartel hijacks a north bound flight and proceeds to load it with cargo and money destined for distribution. Their plan to alleviate road blocks and other terrestrial interferences seems to be working flawlessly until the plane i
  6. Yeah, Snap the little black thing near the reciever that holds the heatshield down... Replace heat sheild with RIS/RAS C-R-A-P
  7. I would hope its better quality then the M14's as my M14 is litterally cracking after only a year of owning it. The small guide part under the bolt track has snapped in half and the tooth on the operating rod that keeps it in the track is gone. I guess I'll wait for a new upper reciever. I cant wait to see one of these in person to see if it is indeed better!
  8. Oooo Pretty, still a fan of original colored metal Looks good though!
  9. Well UrPeaceKeeper finally decided to get himself an Armalite and here she is: ICS MIL4 PCR97 (2006 M4) My Favorite one Looks an awfull alot like Vipers set up but w/out the RIS =) Pure and Simple, for now
  10. Not sure if I can raise him on our forums as I will be out of town till next saturday night. IIRC he was using Guarder Gears with his. The guy from the original post was using guarder gears I believe. From personal experience the Guarder gears havent caused any trouble here, but like I said I take 3 round bursts at people since a few dont always call themselves out on the first hit. Your best option is that If it breaks, order a new one through FarEast if he doesnt mind.
  11. The Hop Up on the TM M14 is a V hop up, that means that on the arm that touches the rubber, there are 2 prongs that stick out. This adds extra backspin giving the bb a more stable flight path without loosing as much FPS as the conventional Hop Up. Not to mention the new hop up clicks into place and stays there for an entire game. See this site: Linky My M14 siezed up again at the game yesterday, took it home that night and found the cursed problem... improper shimming, again. I replaced my bearings with bushings removed the bearing plate and 2 washers from the piston head and I'm
  12. Dont get your hopes up, The only things compatable between the two are the Piston/piston head and other standard gearbox parts. Everything else is different. That part being discussed only wears down if your using an extremely high powered spring, such as an M130+ My M120 hasent caused any issues for me yet on single so maybe it sjust a rare case?
  13. My TM M14 measured 44.25 inches (rough estimate, used a yard stick) and the real steel heatshield went in with no modification and is secured very nicely with no wobble. No, I dont mean the SOC16, I know the different models of airsoft M14's and most of the real M14's. Redwolf says that the G&G is 44.09inches long, the TM M14 according to Redwolf is 44.37 inches, and Springfield Armory, the maker of M14's and M1A's (and whom the trades on the TM M14 are from) says 44 1/3 inches thats 44.33 inches, in which case TM is slightly larger and G&G is almost a quarter of an inch
  14. Fits on a TM like a glove, no dremeling required. I got my RS Heatshield from a local who was selling it with a fiberglass stock for 25 bucks (both parts). I used the fiberglass stock for my "Fiberglass TM M14" was forced to scrap the project after a strange whining noise from my gearbox. I still have the stock, just needs to be bondoed some more and I could get it hollowed out and worked out to where I need it. For Future Reference: TM = Real Steel Size, G&G is shorter by a few inches
  15. Erm, well its the same as the one thats on your current gun, just made out of a different plastic, so It will look exactly the same. This is one of the many real to AEG parts that will fit on the TM M14. I'm currently trying to get a hold of an operating rod from a real M14 to see if it would work in the TM M14 (the little ledge that holds the Bolt on track when you rack it, finally wore down) The part guide to a real M14 looks exactly the same in design and build but I'm not sure the diameters are the same
  16. G&G's M14 series has a bad reputation for being unreliable. They make up for this fact with an amazing outer appearence (minus not being the same dimensions as a real M14) The internal unstableness can cause many issues including massive spendatures on internal parts. The TM M14 Has better hop, fully moving bolt (A must have ) realistic looking mags, the best internal reliability, new gear ratios that accept springs up to M120's w/out changing to reinforced gears, and a slew of other neeto options. Where the TM lacks is the plastic stock both the heatshield and the stock itself can
  17. TM M14. New Hop-Up makes it head over heals! You do kinda sacrifice the feel of the gun for better overal stock performance. The TM M14's gearbox is covered in firing stuff... I used the 38 some odd step guide to take mine apart and put an M120 in it with new internals. The TM's standard gears can take an M120 w/out changing gears. Tightbore wouldnt hurt although I have no issue with my standard barrel.
  18. I have the same mount on my M14 (well I did) and my Aimpoint doesnt look like its sitting that high on the gun =\
  19. Could you provide some other angles of it too? From this angle it looks like its really tall and it kinda of throws off the sleek secksay curves of the m14
  20. Yes =) I'm still waiting for my loser friend to send me the pictures from last game of me and my M14....
  21. Nice! My M14 uses a smaller then 8.4, 9.6 1700 mAh Battery and it fits inthe stock with ease
  22. I bring good news! R22 has graciously Granted us the ability to have our own forum for the Brotherhood. In light of Elreys comment about more pictures, I think its well fiting to say that if you have questions about the gun you should probably post em there
  23. I'm still not a fan of the EBR yet, I just cant quite understand the need really. Maybe some more EBR pictures could change that attitude?
  24. The quickest most efficient way is to remove the entire back end of the stock and put it in that way. Or you can be like me and buy the 9.6v battery pack from www.onlybatterypacks.com that is 1700 mAh and smaller then an 8.4 battery! =) Shughart uses an Aimpoint on his M21. Any Aimpoint replica will do!
  25. I use a Chest Harness with standard dual M16 mag pouches. You CAN fit 2 M14 mags in there but its a tight fit. Due to my Budget I only put one in each for ease (I only have 5 Mags, 1 hicap and 4 standards, the best part is I have 4 pouches, so one mag in the gun and 4 in the pouches) I just use MOLLE setups. I store my gas for my pistols in my Butt pack, and all my ammo in one of my Utility pouches my dead rag in the other. Full mags Face up so bb's can be seen, empty mags down so no bb's. Easy System Delta FTW!
