  1. Got mine today. Not sure what to say as I kind of didn't want it but then again always wanted a Desert Eagle pistol ($142 USD shipped from AsiaAirsoft, FYI) It's big, not super heavy but hefty. Grip feels cheaply installed, like, loose kind of. Definately want a rubber Hogue grip on it, if nothing else because it looks bad *albatross* Would have preferred a higher quality looking finish, i.e. not this matte/silky "ceramic coat" style. Serial number marking is miles better than the actual markings on the slide... Wish the slide return/recoil spring had a little more strengh
  2. Why you gotta post this man so jelly
  3. Can you describe the differences, I don't see it Or I do but I don't know what it is.
  4. I tested my MKII bolt last week. Filled it with CO2, let it sit for a day, and fired. Got about 5 shots out of it. Then filled it again, got a "put put put" leak from the bolt. Left it for a few hours, for 3-4 shots. Filled it again and tried to fire immediately, got like 8 shots out of it. I filled it for like 15-20 seconds each time in two separate bursts. Could be user error on my part or just lack of practice/experience. I have also had people message me on Facebook and YouTube asking about MKII bolt leaks and broken firing pins etc. For me personally I will stay away from MKII system
  5. Brownells unboxing video of APS CAM870 tactial parts :D :

  6. Video removed. Was 360p only for some reason. Re-uploading now.
  7. Semi on topic perhaps? Unboxing video of the parts used to build this: http://youtu.be/DW0jVVjRe9o
  8. Huhm... I guess I do like 2-3 for the smart shells just because. Don't think there is any que to know when they are filled all the way or not.
  9. I post my imgur pics on here like this: 1. Log in to your imgur account. 2. Click on your name in the top right corner. 3. Click on images. 4. Click on the image you want to share. 5. Copy and paste the Direct Link URL using the "Image" link forum icon (looks like a pittle picture frame with a green image in it in this forum editing toolbar ) Ever since Google Photos/Picasa removed the ability to direct link images to forums I looked around for a new host and found imgur to be pretty damn good. I almost only use it for sharing to forum posts so direct link ability is a must!
  10. 1. Yes 2. Yes 3. That or a Dremmel as you actually want to move one of the holes, not just make it larger. And preferably chamfer it to match the original countersink. 4. Yes Yes I did use it and it worked very nicely. However as I cocked up the hole movement on mine and bent my APS scope pins I trashed it and will get a new one and do a better job with modding it (I enlarged both holes to fit over the APS pin holes but of course then the center of the holes remain the same and it didn't really work when tightening down the APS scope bins which are conical on the ends, it pushed the c

Direct URL: https://wgcshop.com/products?search_From=category&item=cybergun-we-desert-eagle-gas-blowback-pistol-black Magazines for $24 USD: https://wgcshop.com/products?search_From=category&item=cybergun-we-gas-magazine-for-desert-eagle AsiAirsoft has it for $142 USD with worldwide shipping included, but I have heard some people not be super happy with AsiaAirsoft. I myself have never had an issue with my halv-dozen or so orders from them. http://asiaairsoft.com/index_eproduct_view.php?products_id=9830
  12. BUUUUOOOH! (scary ghost voice, not like negative booing )
  13. Because as you stated complete MKI rifles are no longer sold. Nope, nothing else new, have not taken my MKII apart yet though to verify. But since MKI bolts are drop in fit in MKII there should be no other major differences.
  14. APS sell spare MKI bolts which are drop in fit replacement in MKII rifles and can then be used with MKI and smart shells.
  15. You got the what with the what?
  16. Disclaimer: I am super sleepy right now so I might be completely wrong. I can double check it for you some time later. :| Not in the sense that you secure them in the filler and fill them . But you can attach the filler to an APS Smart Shell paintball tank adapter and then fill it from 2x12g CO2 capsules stored in the old shell filler. I am pretty sure at least, can't recall if I actually tried it The old GEN1/MKI style shell filler thingie works differently in how CO2 is loaded into the shells.
  17. I knew I'd find this here when I saw your Instagram post What about the finish though? What's it like? Comparison to something else? Also, thumbs up for closed front WEagle mags And yah those top cuts look dang shallow compared to TM. Do you have any weaver rail thingies to try on there to see if anything actually fits? Oh, and a Guarder black inner barrel should fix that muzzle look right up!
  18. Unique serial numbers are always cool. But, in some instances it is not. Can't recall any other recent WE guns that have had that. But then again I have not bought a WE gun in a long time. If multiple parts on the gun are marked with the serial number, and an aftermarket kit/part is released, it is impossible to match it to your original gun
  19. Very cool! Thanks for the info I love those grips but it adds more "girth" to the grip, right? I'm afraid I can't even handle a Desert Eagle with no grip panels installed
  20. Cybergun/KWC M1911A1 parkerized overview video in 4K!:

  21. FYI here are the FG restricter discs :http://fg-airsoft.com/en/nozzles-and-related/163-barrel-reinforcement-for-ghk-pdw-.html I've bought directly from them and it worked fine.
  22. I would say it is less than half actually. Only thing is they are very sensitive about the fill angle. You gotta fill them at exactly a 90 degree angle +/- 0.5 degrees or else they spew gas when filling Requires a bit of practice and technique. I also tried leaving some smart shells filled with CO2 for 1-2 days and they seem to hold up fine
