The semi issue should be just adjusting the trigger bar. As for sealant, use polyurethane gasket (as the one used for windshields), silicone works but will wear down overtime with the silicone oil present on green gas.

Pre-2015 VFCs are horrendous, but 2015+ are great. And I mean great. They are running VSR barrels and buckings (so upgrade with Maple Leaf combo all the way), have adjustable power nozzles, reinforced (steel) internals, etc.. Seriously, they stepped up their game by leaps.

WE's AK-74 magazines are longer than the real deal. I know many that have tried and failed. Don't really see Well's being all that different. It's not the costs of the airsoft magazines that I'm worried about, but the cost of the real mags.

If you're hoping to use WE magazine internals on real magazine shells, you'll be disappointed...

yup, usually a single sheet of aluminum cut out off a soda can does the trick. The locking pins (or grub screw) can be the tricky part really.

IIRC the LCT front sight inner diameter is slightly wider than the outer diameter of WE's barrel So you might have to make some steel epoxy magic there.

Got 5 WE AK74UN beside me right now (getting the team armoury ready for this weekend GBB-Only milsim ) all of them have steel outer barrels. Just checked again to be sure, and definitely it's steel. So most likely KYarisoft was wrong about that one. If you want to be 200% sure tell them to check that out for you, "people in the forums says the short barrel is steel while the long is alluminum" . They are quite quick to answer and always willing to double check, so there's nothing to loose.

KYairsoft is wrong on that one. The short version "WE AK74UN" outer barrel is made of steel, while the full length "WE AK PMC" outer barrel is made of aluminum.

Outstanding conversion!! Not a fan from UZI mags. At all. But the conversion job is nothing short of amazing.

Somebody in the local community had tried with several AEG brands, but iirc LCT was one that he couldn't get it to work, because of alignment issues. I'll try to reach and ask him , as forum in which he made the post about it is currently offline.

Subs can take way too much time. But a simple abstract in the video description goes a long way to help us understand what's going on.

And BTW, if anyone knows a good source for EFA holsters, that'd be certainly welcomed. ---------- In a completely different topic, yesterday I've tried the Maple Leaf I-Key as a workaround for the lack of decent hop. It fits the hop arm just fine, but it's a little too narrow to really click in place and prevent it from lateral movement. Ended gluing it to the arm and it works wonders. Coupled with Maple Leaf Crazy Jet 84mm and Maple Leaf Autobot 60º bucking, now I have the most accurate airsoft pistol I've ever seen. Couldn't be happier about it!

Any source for a not so expensive 104/5 front sight / gas block? Always wanted to made a build like that, but I've found those parts to be ridiculously expensive.
