SlvrDragon50
I just got my gun back from a 9 month repair.. And.. My MAG midcaps seem to not feed solidly in the gun as well as my TM lows.. I know I should put something to make it hold still in the magwell but could anyone tell me which part?(Back, front, left, right..)
poorieuser
I use MAG midcaps in my ICS without any problems. If you think the problem is loose mags then just wrap about two turns of ducktape around the top. It will be pretty solid in the magwell.
jmy1028
Are your mags stucking into the gun or do they just fall out? If they aren't going in all the way, make sre your wiring isn't coming down below the hopup chamber.

It has a wire holder built into the bolt release.
stewpidbear
From the sound of it, the repair person didn't put it back together properly. All the Mag mid caps I have all feed in my 3+ ICS guns. As above, look in the Mag well and check there are no obstructions, and that the feed nozzle is in the correct position. jmy1028
That shouldn't happen in an ICS. It has a wire holder built into the bolt release. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> On mine, the wires were pulling out from the holder in the front, my black wire was dropping down on the side of the hopup chamber and my mags wouldn't go in all the way. Xero G
If the MAG mags are new, they probably need to be broken in. Drop 2 drops of silicone into the mag opening and then fill it with BB's. Take the bb's out, and then refill those bb's into the mag again. Repeat this 2 more times. The silicone will evenly spread out in the mag, and should fix the binding problem. It will also help if the mag's are old. I received 16 which were all misfeeding in all my m4's. I relubed them, and they all work perfect now.
resz
I use the cheap star mags (probably the same) with my ics mp5, they didn't work at first but just keep falling out or not locking in place. So i changed the mag catch and they all work fine now. score.
