I plan to build ZSH-1-2M(no face shield!!!) similar method used at my custom mask(I'm cheatin' a bit; I used silicon form, not that plaster one):

So I would need some dimensions from a RS ZSH-1-2M:

th_measure1.jpgth_measure2.jpgth_A1253_I3-1.jpg

I need(mms-or cms):

-maximum windth

-maximum length

-height

-material thickness at the edge

-rubber windth covering the edge

As I know ZSH-1-2M is smaller than ZSH-1, so hence the lower photos are from ZSH-1(as I know), ZSH-1-2M would be better...

Thanx 'comrades': Flippy

I worked lot on my ZSH copy, and it starts to look damm good:

I used polyesther resin PUR/PVC foam pieces, the negative form was made from special silicon, and plaster...

Internals will be transplanted from IBH/CVC helm...

Fair enough. Though in my experience it's the snug polystyrene interior that makes motorcycle helmets hot, when you're not riding that is. For the edge you could find similar stuff in automotive supply stores (there are some on ebay but expensive) usually called rubber trim or edging for lining fairings and door windows and such. You might also see something similar in hardware stores as flexible door mouldings. They make them in all sorts of shapes so you really need to be there to find what you need.
