unimatrix001
Dear children, Uncle Uni has something for you The CA folks added a lot of stuff (manuals and posters) of the G36K/G36 to their website. Enjoy But to behonest: I’m not really impressed. It’ seems that they've only added longer handguards/barrels, the scope bridge and a longer (wrong shaped) stock. No longer gas-system, no metal cocking-lever, no improvements Leaflat G36K http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.jsp?acid=208&pg=1# Poster G36K http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.jsp?acid=209&pg=1 Manual G36K http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.jsp?acid=210&pg=1 Poster G36 http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.jsp?acid=211&pg=1# Leaflat G36 http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.jsp?acid=212&pg=1 Manual G36 http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.jsp?acid=213&pg=

unimatrix001
At the pictures it has no rails. Maybe in the production version, but there's no info available about rails or not.
Tartalo
Thanks alot , Uni. Question: "metal front cocking tube asembly can put higher capacity of battery ". Does it mean a large battery can be fitted in the handguard? Cheers

Hammer.45
I'm in the middle of saving up for the 36K - I also have a G36 fetish
Hammer.45
Edit button disappeared The CA website appeared to indicate a release date of June 14th - I still don't see any sign of it being available!
flipsnip
soooooooo nice looking. Such a shame they have CA markings wher the TM has nice HK ones. That honestly puts me off!

Catchv22
The gas tube on the longer G36 variants are longer than the C. CA appears to have just used the C length gas tube and stuck it into the longer hand guards. It's still a step forward seeing as now people won't have to buy kits.
Phoenix
soooooooo nice looking. Such a shame they have CA markings wher the TM has nice HK ones. That honestly puts me off! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Really? I'd rather have the gun with the nicer, more realistic feel.
sillyrabbit
markings have to be accurate... they look real nice though... I will stick to my Tokyo Marui stuff... P-90tr just ordered NEXT DAY from my buddy Kevin at Precision Airsoft!!! I can't wait!!!
Catchv22
I heard the newer TM H&K products don't have real H&K trademarks anymore...
umbra
The CA36 does feel a lot nicer than the marui version but the fire selector is poor. The marui G36's selector clicks nicely into place, the CA36's selector is stiff, similar to the ICS MP5s with navy receivers. I heard the newer TM H&K products don't have real H&K trademarks anymore... My G36C which I got new earlier this year has H&K trademarks
unimatrix001
If some pictures shouldn't work use copy&paste in a new explorer window. The stock shape is wrong? Compare the stocks, I've marked the difference with red circles http://people.freenet.de/HKFan/comp.JPG The G36C has this little diagonal cutout in the Stock. H&K added this due to ejection malfunctions caused by the (folded) shorter stock in the early G36C versions which was shaped in the same manner than the fullsize-stock. CAs fullsize stock has this cut-out too, which is wrong for the G36 fullsize stock. What's gas system? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Gas-System (Gas-Piston) of the G36 and G36K is longer than the one on the G36C. Das Gas Valve pokes out of the Handguard on the G36C (that round thing above the muzzle) http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/reviews/ca3...on/IMG_4148.JPG The longer G36K gas-piston is also noticable from the muzzle side of the gun, see here: http://www.gun-world.net/old/H&K/g36/modf/ksksc1.jpg The CA G36K has only a G36C lenght Gas-Piston. See Page 7 of CA G36K manual (explosive diagram, also note that the outer barrel is just a barrel extension screwed on the G36C muzzle) http://www.classicarmy.com/showcatalogue.j...=210&pg=7&rpp=1 CA putted a plastic plate into the handguard where the Valve of the Gas-Piston should be: http://www.classicarmy.com/photo/557_pi3_CA003_B02.jpg Summary: Stock is wrong shaped, no correct Handguard and Gas-System. Really? I'd rather have the gun with the nicer, more realistic feel. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ^^ what he said markings have to be accurate... they look real nice though... I will stick to my Tokyo Marui stuff... Hm sorry mate, but the Markings on the TM G36C are also not accurate
Catchv22
Do you have pictures of real G36 trademarks? I've never actually seen them.
sillyrabbit
Hm sorry mate, but the Markings on the TM G36C are also not accurate well maybe not, but at least they have the HK logo the CA stuff isn't even that close... I would at least want SOME realistic trademarks... don't get me wrong though the CA stuff looks pretty nice, just prefer to stick with what I know and trust... that's all... unimatrix001
Do you have pictures of real G36 trademarks? I've never actually seen them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hmmm I've to look in my bag of tricks . I'm pretty sure I have somewhere pictures of the markings, but it could take a while to find them
Catchv22
It took me forever to find a good shot of the FN trademarks on the Marine M16A4s to settle a 50 dollar bet. I understand perfectly.
unimatrix001
It's not perfect but it should be sufficient to show the differences. Please note that these markings are Export Markings only, the German Bundeswehr markings are different from the Export markings. use cope&paste for pictures. Here's the new marking scheme, left side: http://www.gun-world.net/old/H&K/g36/modf/no_g36kv19.jpg right side (note small markings underneath the ejection port) http://www.gun-world.net/old/H&K/g36/G36KERight.jpg and that's the old scheme: http://www.gun-world.net/old/H&K/g36/atr04.jpg
