  1. Wow Guys Thanks for the RS comparison, it's great for reference. Very much appreciated. Cheers.
  2. Here I give a quick photo comparison featuring the newly released (about time) VFC S&W M&P. I compare it with the previous VFC M&P compact and the earlier WE Toucan (Big Bird). As the only regular stock WE pistol I have is in the middle of a transformation, I am using the 'First-Batch Custom' limited release HK3P for comparison shots. These photographs are only intended to give a quick look at the cosmetic differences between the VFC & WE, as I wouldn't have time to do a full scale performance review. The barrel to slide fit must have been a tight fit initially as th
  3. Hey Drake, The Osprey suppressor really suits the long dust-cover Operator more than any other gun I've seen it on. Great Combo
  4. You could be in luck, as some of the older PGC have resurfaced lately in dribs and drabs, here is another one gone up today at WGC. http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/product_detail1.php?search_From=special&item=PGC-ACC-TM1911A1&search=special&rs=Available%20Again&catid=&cat=&view_choice=c
  5. Hey NonEx, Did you get the photos you requested from KIC ? The trades are covered by what they call 'hot melt glue' which can easily be removed with ethanol. I actually received an email this morning from WGC saying : This product has some problem to process, still doesn't release right now, really sorry about that, we apologize for this. If the commodity release, we must update in our web page, welcome to keep visiting. Maybe a customs delay - who knows, time will tell.
  6. I think there was problems with KIC posting to the US, due to the Glock trademark etc. I don't know have their policies changed though.
  7. Hi NonEx, Those photos on KIC are pretty poor, well on my old PC anyway. I can't really judge by them. Did you check out the photos on the WGC Facebook page ? It looks fairly normal on them !
  8. A few more photos from a different angle into the light showing the difference (just about) between the Polished slide on the Series 70, the Cerakoted finish on the Costa Recon 1911 and the good-old reliable matt-coating on the PGC 1911.
  9. Thanks for the kind words guys A few 1911s from different generations :
  10. Its Airsoft Put something away in a box for a few months and when you look again there is new marks Its those Gremlins I tell ya, they mess with my stuff at night while I'm asleep
  11. For Icolater, After getting a frame Cerakoted, the barrel-bushing seems to fit perfect initially, as the first half-turn is loose, but as it tightens towards the end it will scrape the Cerakote finish as the last half-turn is extremely tight. So your best off filing the small latch on the barrel bushing to avoid this. This is a shot of Mr P's Operator when I rebuilt it after Cerakoting. I came so close to being tempted to use a barrel bushing wrench to get it on, but luckily enough I didn't take any chances. So all turned out well in the end.
  12. Hi Icolater, I hate taking shots of silver-slided guns, especially when the light is intense, they usually turn out Albatross ! but I gave it a quick go for you Surprised Nova/Anvil didn't release the Kimber parts in Silver as well as stainless steel, they might be forced to this year
  13. I think he's referring to the Premium Steel-Slide version, which WGC jumped the gun with on pre-orders for the end of February. Still no news coming out of Taiwan and most of their retailers no nothing about it, pointing to it being a WGC exclusive or again basically WGC jumping the gun. I know a few people who were interested, and most of there email replies led to, keep checking the WGC website for updates. But it's nowhere to be found ! Maybe the manufacturers should suggest ideas first, and then have a Kickstarter type box on their websites to gauge interest.
  14. Hey Mr.P. Glad your happy, roll on Champion Operator I was trying to make sense of the Nova kits listed on the Enten website, as a few are missing including your half-rail SF Operator. http://www.enten.co.jp/Nova.html But I found your original Nova packaging and it's : TM-GMK-018-BK Cheers.
  15. Nice set of Silver-Tops K.A. Are the WA SF grips RS ?
  16. I have a couple of rare spare-parts for your PP if your interested, A KM Stainless Silver hammer and trigger set. I wouldn't recommend taking the gun apart to install them yourself unless you did the original build, as it can be quite tricky, let me know if your interested Wolf. Cheers.
  17. @ Aitch : that's certainly different, quite an imaginative build, Very Nice I'm not a lover of square-triggered frames, but with the Infinity slide and the two-tone - it's perfect, well done @ Puresilver : PM sent. @ Icolater : Thanks for the compliment, I've never seen my name and the word Genius in the same sentence before The cheque is in the post Your not too bad yourself, a bit of modesty there
  18. Welcome onboard Mr P, hopefully a few more custom 1911's will be line for you this year Thanks for the kind words
  19. Well considering what these frames are replacing, KJW and Very Shiny Tokyo Marui ones, I'm not complaining I think all the Guarder G19 frames are the same, but it mightn't be as evident on the Euro version that was released a lot later, you'll have to examine the photos yourself, as I'm only viewing them on a phone, but here is the link : http://www.intrudershop.com/show_product.asp?idproduct=2128#top
  20. A few shots comparing the trademarks between the original What Should have been HK3P release of the WE M&P full-size, with the official trademarked release of the VFC M&Pc. Unfortunately the full-scale HK3P release had shallower trademarks than expected. I'm guessing the full-size VFC will be very similar to the compacts markings.
  21. @ NonEx Stark/VFC & Detonator/Guarder Glock 19s. The lights is just gone here, so everything is looking a bit too bright due to ISO
  22. At last, finishing with the Glock 26, all the TM/KJW Glock frames are available fully trademarked in both Austrian and US variations.

    CZ Picture Thread

Hey DE, No need to feel sorry for me I'm more than happy with what I've got, and I'm sure Clockwork is estatic with what he's got ! But again it's down to personal preference, that's why they released two kits, some people like boring black guns, and others like Brass guns and Gold AKs, personally they do nothing for me, if I wanted a Brass CZ I would have bought one. Just like some people wouldn't be too crazy over a Gold Springfield V12 even if came with a free Nicholas Cage But at no stage did anyone's kits get their * Wandering Albatross * kicked Again, thanks for your c
  24. Hi Kenxin, Without a doubt it's a beauty, lovely shots Still might be tempted to buy one, as Christmas is getting close - I have to threat myself
