  1. Miker, Do they not provide an outer barrel internally?
  2. Froob, What make of gun is it? The script is very crisp.
  3. Yeah, it should be fine. You might encounter some slight tolerance differences, but nothing a that a quick skim with a file on the spanner pegs won't cure.
  4. Tinkle, I dunno for sure, but I like to think 416.
  5. Ghost, You'll be needing one of these: Barrel nut spanner. Available from all good airsoft retailers. http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...e=post&id=18018 Virtually all the main manufacturers use the real steel esque 'star tooth' Barrel Nut e.g. CA, G&P, G&G, Systema. Quite frankly it is a far better method. Marui and ICS don't.
  6. Capacious, Don't you find your Aimpoint is fractionally too low for co-witnessing with the iron sights?
  7. I don't think so. You can see what appears to be the fastening nut on the side, at the mid-point, so it would be a 551.
  8. Yeah, of course it's Multicam! From looking at the pistol grip and the fact there is no distinct gap between the RAS and upper receiver I can only conclude it is a shorty 416, obviously not 100% mind. The 416 is definately issued to Delta/SFOD.
  9. Ragnar, Can't remember, Milphotos, Wannabe? It had a caption with it i.e. Delta, Iraq, 200?, and that's as good as it got.
  10. 79TransAm, It's just struck me! Are you able to get some more info from your brother as to being issued a 10.3" barrel as that is quite interesting? Also he's using an M16A1 Delta Ring. If you can quiz him about those details it would be appreciated. p.s. is he using a RIS or RAS?
  11. ACOG not Aimpoint. Nice rifle, though, looks just like an airsoft. Funny that.
  12. Big enough? So big it doesn't even work.
  13. XxChRiSxX, Have you replaced the upper receiver of your CA to enable the rail to line up with the front RAS rail?
  14. Can't tell as there's an unfinished gun in the way.
  15. I am more learned. CIA: http://media.militaryphotos.net/photos/CIA_SAD
  16. I have to agree with Capacious. The wear and tear is very unnatural and artificial.
  17. FW200, What's the cardboard and metal tube? Detonator?
  18. Your scope looks canted to the right.
  19. Precisely. Most likely ANSI approved for the bare minimum of sun protection and no sharp edges. Says nothing about its ballistic properties.
  20. Yep, it does look pretty dandy. The magazine looks especially touchable.
