In another forum, Raven1 congratulated me as the first KJ m4 owner who had a leaky mag. Instead of fixing it, i returned it to the dealer for a new one, and i bought 4 new mags as well. I filedl in a small gas in all mags and waited for the next 24 hours, and found they're still fine.

yesterday, my friend broke the rear of the lower receiver with co2.

@L4byr1nth: take off the upper receiver and you only hold the lower receiver, put in the empty mag in it. See whether part#157 touch the bolt lock properly. if not, then i believe that should be the issue. The easiest way to fix it was I putted on the bolt lock where the part 157 touch it a small steel glue (epoxy) and leave it for 24 hours. Mine worked perfectly.

I have the same problem with its range, in semi auito with 0.2 mine can travel about 35-40m, but i already got an advice from raven1 to check the hop up set and to use 0.28 or heavier. In full auto there's no complaint. All in all, i love both of my gbbrs, WEM4 and KJM4.

Raven and stickittoyou, thanks! After I learned what Raven says, I also noticed that the "leg" of the auto sear has a friction with the inside receiver so i pushed the auto sear a bit inside, and clearly fixed the issue. Thanks!!

Raven1, Although i'm still struggling to understand with what you say, zillion thanks for spending your valuable time to attend to my trouble especially with "On A New Out of the Box Gun It Is Almost Always Not Properly Assembled at factory and the Auto Sear is NOT Aligned Properly." So, i wouldn't think that mine was a defected product since Redwolf says that it's the best performance gbbr out of the box

compared to my WE M4, yes i think KJ has its accuracy better. it's about 28-30 C

Stickyittoyou & t_hum: i moved the brass cylinder a bit backward about 0.5mm and somehow it fixed the bolt catch issue perfectly. As to the full auto trouble, I made the sear more centerized and so far it also fixed the trouble as i tested it with 5 mags. Will up date you later whether my rifle has cured or not. Btw, i'm quite impressed with the sound of this cqbr and its accuracy as well !

stickyittoyou: I didn't re-lubing my rifle as i saw it already lubed well. Did you relube yours by dismantling your rifle first? as i understand it's not as easy to dismantle the lower receiver of this KJ as WE m4. Yes, when i fired it in full auto, may be after 4 or 5 bbs it stopped with the hammer in fired position (forward position) like the pic below. I also notice that on the left and right side of the BC there is a long scratch. I believe it was caused due to friction with the brass cylinder in the stock tube. Raven1 and all, as i new to this system, i'd like to let you know on the following and wish you can advice me how to fix it. - i found the cycle of the bolt in full auto does not flawlessly work. During the full auto mode, the bolt stopped suddenly with the hammer pushed the firing pin position, and this happened to be a routine when i fired the rifle in full auto mode. - sometime the bolt stop doesnt work when the mag run out of bbs. as I'm a WETTI M4 user, i felt this kj m4 failed me out of the box. Mine is working properly. But somehow i feel it a bit different if i use standard m4 mag, it kicks harder. As to its accuracy, definitely it should be for CQB, no problem at all for striking opponents from 10 - 15m at body size.

in total i've bought 4 WE. two m4, a scar, and the last was 416. Three "major" problems are broken nozzle (fixed by co2 stainless nozzle), charging handle (fixed by steel charging handle from 3rd party product), and hop up rubber (i plan to buy ratech stinger if it is recommended).

Great, please post your experience with your new WOC compared to your WE as i do have 2 WE's, scar and afc m4 and thinking to get WOC but still not confident with all the expensive replacement parts. Got one from HMA?

M1abrams: i am afraid you need to replace your trigger set (hammer, disconnector, knocker/firing pin, trigger)

my goodness, mine got broken also after 6000 rounds but i got the replacement for $5. This one is really interesting. It would be unreasonable price to deliver it to my country due to the shipping cost. Good job bro! So far the parts that have been replaced are charging handle (replaced by the steel one), part 59, and nozzle (replaced by co2kit).

BaBaBooey: agree. But for mounting, i use L-shape military high mounting as regularly used by US standard M4.
