do they make steel slides/outer barrels for these?

the iron sights on my HK (assuming you're talking about mine) are just backup iron sights. The pistol grip is the tango down pistol grip, and it's the real one (it's actually cheaper than the replica lol) yeah, they're both GBB, the 16 is really a 3 round burst.

I'm skeptical about the 2009 lower being 7075T6... But once I get mine back, send it out for anodizing, we'll find out the truth...

goodness my m4 (probably another mk18 project) has been on going for almost 2 years now.. lol in the mean time I have slowly starting to purchase viper guns... I will say, the color is much more accurate than the inokatsu now, and the brass deflector is much more accurate. Between this and a 2011 inokatsu, Definitely 100% go with viper..

Colt Defense is more square (it's the rollmarks that people don't pay attention to) but yeah, pure silver is right. post 2002, where defense is strictly government, where is mfg co. is civilian.

I have both ino and viper, from 2009, 2011 ino and 2012 viper. It's quite different. The firing block will not fit in each other, viper did some custom mod to the WA system.

how'd you get viper internals? Did you have to drill for the bolt catch pin? I think everything is okay until the GFPA, which is specific to viper, unless heavily modified.

Anybody has experience with the Zparts steel kit? how is it vs. RA-Tech's?

I'd leave it alone as is... I had my GHK PDW for the longest time, did a slight mod to the catch to make it catch more reliably, and it's my "go to" gun. Works on every single type of WA mag, hard recoil, (light gun + heavy recoil = pain in shoulder) and then ~ 330-350 fps.

On GHK CO2 magazines, the RS Buffer & Spring runs fine. Pretty awesome

Colt Mag catch will work. But nothing will lock back. So I'd just stuck with inokatsu/viper catches. Keep in mind, that isn't even touching my crazy project just yet... Do not forget: You MUST modify the charging handle in order for it to work!. I'm using the RA-Tech steel carrier and aluminum nozzle. I tried putting my prime steel carrier with G&P negative pressure nozzle, but I would need to shave EVEN MORE off the viper hop up. My RA-Tech Nozzle does NOT fit the prime carrier. I just laid the law down on 3 G5 mags for my PDW. It's too tight for the Inokatsu, because it's even tight for the PDW. Same tightness for my viper as well too... I'd say, Probably just needs a little sanding. Once I get my PDW perfect again (perfect meaning bolt lock back) then my PDW will play again!!! As or right now, I'm playing with my Ino 2011, Ino 2009, Viper 2012. All seems pretty reliable. Oh PureSilver: My pro win hammer spring literally cracked in half. Sucks for the damn spring! Replaced with a G&P 150%. Probably gonna replace the hammer too...

How is the cool down on these? Especially if you have the full travel enabled... Can it clear an entire mag?

where was that at? I have a PDW, gonna somehow fix my bolt catch... make a video so samoon can help me. I'm ready just to purchase a brand new catch all in all... No point for me to find out what's going on with it! lol

I just meant the Mp5 variant in general, not the actual VFC edition. There's just so much out there! (the A2, A3, A4, A5)
