Managed to turn my standard HK 45 into the tactical version. Using the Detonator tactical slide set and managed to fit the ambi safety. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk

So fps out of the box with GG is about 370fps. Nothing really need to be fixed or exchanged. A lot of people (myself included) replaced the hop with a WiiTech hop arm and a uac hop rubber. But not really needed. I put an NPAS in mine to bring it legal for UK gaming. I also removed the silver tubes in the mags. Part and mag availability is so-so atm.

I got a pair of propper MC pants, firstly they tore along the seam of the leg when I was doing a bit of running around in the woods and theres various holes and stuff developing. I think its mostly down to the ripstop fabric. Either way, quite disappointed.

The body was quite tight with a lot of things due to the insane thickness of the paint on it. the RaTech bolt stop need a little filling to fit into the firing block. The GHK mags also need a lot of wearing in for the G&P body, but if I were you, I'd get the prowin mags anyway. The Ra-tech BCG fitted like a dream, no issues with that (just make sure ya get the WA type and not the INO type (unless you have an INO gbbr)). Finally got a game in with my somewhat modified AGM into a game. Jammed once during a game, but fortunately i was able to mash the bb into the nozzle sot hat it will continue to cycle. The biggest annoyance was the GHK mags jamming due to the bb's, so will have a go at widening the bb tracks soon. Use'd straight propane, which was alright, but prefer green gas just because it smells nicer, and is about the same price as pure prooane (as far as I can see). If these mags could take CO2 reliably, without blowing ones hand off that would be pretty amazing!

Used my AGM M4 today in -4 c temps. Only got the one agm mag for it, but it perform brilliantly in the temps (single shot only and a wooly hat keeping the mag warm). But sadly now the mag leaks gas like a bugger, so will need to grease it up or something! On a side note, has anyone used the 5ku aeg hop unit? is it worth getting etc?

Yeah I imagine the science behind the twist barrel shouldn't be fps dependant when it comes to the consistency bonuses.

Luckily in the UK 330 fps is the limit. However I was reading in the KJ thread that the grouping was improved by by half with a tk barrel at 400 fps I believe.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone tried this rifle (rifle design) with the aeg hopup that you can get and a TK twist barrel. I imagine it would do the shot to shot consistency of the rifle some good.

I'll just have to wait I suppose. Airsoft armoury said they'd have them stocked up again in January.

Yeah I heard about their less than stella reputation. I'll just have to hope redwolf or Airsoft armoury gets some in soon. Or take the plunge and order from ehobby...
