Bob the Angry Potato Posted August 6, 2007 Report Share Posted August 6, 2007 A few months ago, I found a thread on Arnies about a wiring mod to the M4 that would stop the weapon firing when the magazine was emptied, via a sensor inside the hop-up unit- very similar to the Systema PTW. However, searching through a couple of dozen keywords in Search, this thread seems to have dissapeared completely. The fellow doing the mod was interesting in making this work for several different weapons- I heard 'AUG' being mentioned. Now my AUG has arrived, I was planning on attempting this for myself or perhaps buying one and installing it, if he had decided to market (which I'm fairly sure he had).
