ninja master of coffee
http://www.rsov.com/new/product.php?langId=1¤cyId=4&manufacturerId=10&prodId=13706&cateId=61 just seen this on rsov. It's mostly plastic and somewhat less powerful than the A&K, would be interested to see what kind of quality it is.
mimesis
The wood-effect looks different here, but this must be the same gun. http://hobbyeshop.com/eshop/product_info.php?products_id=968&osCsid=oku1ov707bfl0k2m06nhlepmb3 BISON???
Habakure
So, only the outter barrel is metal and the rest is plastic. Suppose that could appeal to some people and at that prize is cheap as chips.
Cyclone TAW
Cannot see this becoming a big deal tbh... Why would you want to go full plastic on a replica that is already pretty damn cheap to begin with... At Hobby e-shop, the A&K dragunov is under 90 dollars... That's less then 40 dollars to go to a full metal "upgrade". If you are that uptight about a price difference that an already dirt cheap gun has to be made even cheaper by making it a plastic replica... Then maybe this isn't the right hobby for you. Just my opinion ofc. As a sidenote: I do see why ppl like chinese clones and how they can be very cost effective. This however is just a step too far imho.
ninja master of coffee
I was wondering about the stiffness of a gun that long if it's made of plastic, I imagine this thing will creak a hell of a lot. Still, I suppose if someone wants a base gun for some kind of SVD mod for real-low-cheap.
gun griffin
Given the weakness of the barrel design creaking is likely the least of the guns problems I'm not keen of the idea of the grub screws that hold the barrel in place being mounted in a plastic receiver Also I assume the receiver wouldn't take well to high power springs either, the FPS on it seems to suggest so Though that's probably what "light duty" it meant to mean. BigAl
Could be tempted as a wall hanger, would never use such a long gun myself but it's an important 20th century weapon so should be in my collection. Like the look of the 'XUELANG' Smite .32 springer (P1) aswell, nearly bought a real .32 when I first started shooting.
ninja master of coffee
Ha! Yes, i'm oddly tempted by the .32 too. Thinking about this it looks a bit like the ACM c96, even cheaper clone of a clone that doesn't seem that necissary given the already existing affordable but decent quality model.
